We drove 4 hours to get an awesome deal on our 24 expedition limited. Did most of paperwork over phone/email. Our salesman Wyatt was professional and knowledgeable. Gotta give a shout out to the financial management for giving us great options and extra packages! We were there maybe an hour. Found our ride on auto trader then went to their website. Excellent experience.

I went in to Shottenkirk Ford a month ago looking to replace my wife’s 11 year old car. Our family size has grown and we needed a third row vehicle. I was greeted out front by Wyatt, who took me inside and asked me what I was looking for. He asked questions about my preferred monthly payment, car feature priorities, etc. The first car he brought out was a brand new Explorer ST-line that had all of the things we wanted. Because of the negative equity and our credit situation, it was a challenging situation to get the payment to where we needed it, but Wyatt, Austin, and the finance team worked hard to push potential lenders and ended up getting us great terms directly through Ford! I would definitely recommend Wyatt and Shottenkirk!

Awesome dealership with an awesome staff. I searched for a a Black Label Lincoln Navigator and Shottenkirk had it. They made me a great deal and the whole process was smooth. I drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase the Vehicle, they knew I had a long drive so they had everything ready for me. I spent a total of 20 minutes in finance and maybe a total of 30 minutes at the dealership combined. They did not waste my time and they were accommodating throughout the whole process.
