Purchased a preowned SUV from Vernon McDonald who was super helpful from my first phone call to the dealership. Eddie, the manager, worked with me to give me a fair trade-in value and agreed to fix a trim piece as part of the purchase. Sang in finance handled the financing and paperwork very quickly and efficiently. Best purchasing experience I have had and I would definitely drive 90 min to do business with them again. This is how the car buying experience is supposed to go.

Shottenkirk made the process fast and easy. It was a no pressure environment. Vernon went way above the call of duty. My experience was unique and I don't believe I would have gotten the same level of care and compassion from any other Dealer, in fact I'm almost certain of it.
