I had a very good experience at Shottenkirk Ford. Everyone especially Thomas was very helpful. I also had a great conversation with the service manager, and he was awesome as well. They always take great care of my truck. I am an extremely meticulous person. Someone would say someone who is difficult with whom to work and these guys always take great care of me and My bronco!

Nice job punching out two minor factory recall problems. I got an appointment quickly and easily. They took me home with a shuttle so I didn’t have to wait. Very friendly staff, especially Thomas , my service advisor. I will be back!
