Saw a slightly used Ranger online I was interested in, arrived at the dealership on Wednesday morning. Upon entering the building Sayed Hassan asked if I was being helped. I told him I was looking at a particular vehicle and he proceeded to get the keys and we took a test drive. I liked the truck enough to see about purchasing it. He got my trade in information and came back with a ridiculously low offer which I rejected. After a few back and forths I wrote the figures I was looking for down and he came back with an acceptable counter offer and that part of the deal was done. Sayed seemed to work hard to earn my business, 5 stars. Next we moved to the finance office for the paperwork and the upsell. They hard sold the extended service contract and the Gap insurance. The Gap I felt I did need. We negotiated some on a service contract which raised my payment a bit above my comfort level but I did end up purchasing it. 3 stars there. I grew up in the retail car business, the finance office is one place that is a true profit center at dealerships. I plan to keep this truck for many years so an extended service contract made sense for me. Pretty positive experience here in sales, have not had any exposure to service or parts departments yet. Would I return for another purchase? Yes.

Sayed was AMAZING!!! My husband and I had been looking all week long for a vehicle, been to multiple dealerships and NOTHING compared to this dealership! Everyone was friendly and nice. The space was inviting. It was an over all wonderful experience. We bought an F-150. We are so happy and couldn't recommend this dealership enough.
