Great bunch of people at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper! They are all so courteous and friendly. Richie Weaver was the service advisor on my vehicle and he went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain everything and I knew that I was in good hands. It is refreshing to take your car into a dealership and service department that you know you can trust.
