We can't say enough great things about Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper! We live in Woodstock and initially tried to schedule a service appointment at a local family-owned Ford dealership—the same one we purchased my Expedition from—but after multiple unanswered calls and no returned messages, we were beyond frustrated. That’s when we turned to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, and what a difference! They answered the phone on the first call and connected us with service writer Kara, who is an absolute ray of sunshine. She was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Their convenient text communication system made everything even smoother—such a fantastic feature! Kara provided daily updates and guided us through the warranty procedures seamlessly. Our service technician, Ross, did a phenomenal job—he was thorough yet efficient, and I truly appreciate that my Expedition was returned in the same spotless condition it was dropped off in. Best of all, it’s running like brand new! Our experience at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper was outstanding from start to finish. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership and will be using them exclusively for all our future service needs!

I have about 125,000 miles on my F150 4x4 Off Road. Everything has been done by Shottenkirk Jasper since the day I bought it. Kara Jordan has been my Service representative since day one. She has been absolutely the best! When I purchase my next truck, it will be from Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. And the main reason will be because of people like Kara.

I have had many of mine and my kids vehicles in for service at Shottenkirk Jasper GA location. At least 3 different vehicles and a total of 4 visits. I have been extremely satisfied with the repair work in each case. It sometimes takes a bit longer than expected but just how it is. Service advisor communication really is the most important thing to me, so i don't feel abandoned and not know what's going on with my vehicle! My service advisor Kara Jordan, was awesome with communication and that means alot!

Kara and her team have earned my business.. I had such a horrible service dept experience but due to a convenience factor I tried again explaining my hesitation.. After that visit and I think about 6 others I can honestly say she’s a saving grace for both the company and for me.. I’ve talked to a few technicians as well and I now tow my fleet hundreds of miles for them to get their hands on them. There just isn’t a price you can put on their genuine honesty and quality of work..
