I always take my car to Kara at Shottenkirk in Jasper. She’s always taken great care of my car, and always communicated with me what my vehicle needs. As long as she’s there, that’s where my vehicle will be serviced.

My experiences with Shottenkirk Ford located in Jasper GA is always outstanding.The person I am talking with is Kara Adams Jordan in the service dept. She is always so pleasant and helpful no matter how busy she is. I feel that I can trust the work done at Shottenkirk’s. Kara lets me know exactly what is found so I can decide if I want to have it repaired or not. She has such a wonderful laugh and good sense of humor. She is certainly an asset to the business and always makes customers feel as if they are her top priority. This is very important to me since I do not understand much about cars. I have recommended Shottenkirk’s service to several friends and if I were planning to buy a vehicle, I would certainly look there in addition to other places.

I would like to thank the Shottenkirk Ford Jasper team for going above and beyond. I would especially like to thank Kara Jordan for her outstanding customer service. I have an F 250 with warranty issues and took it to another dealer from where I bought it. The service team there kept it for almost 3 months and said they had repaired some issues and that was not the case. Also, I was told that my peeling stirring wheel would not be covered because ford does not replace them anymore even though I was within the warranty time frame. However Kara ordered a new stirring wheel and it was installed in one day. She also made sure the other botched repairs were done correctly. All under warranty that the other dealer didn’t want to deal with I assume. I will use Shottenkirk Ford from now own and never return to any other dealer. Thank you Shottenkirk.
