We had a wonderful buying experience with John Culpepper and his manager Ivan this past weekend at Shottenkirk Jasper. We had visited the weekend prior and weren't ready to make a decision yet. We not once felt pressured to buy. We went back the following weekend and test drove several more vehicles and found the perfect one. John was patient and knowledgeable. We would recommend heading over to see them, and we will definitely be back if we're ever in the market again.

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!
