I arrived a little early for appointment, but Jerry interrupted his call to wait on me. They were also quick to provide me a ride home since the estimated time was 6+/ hours. Jerry called me mid-way to update status. I had brought in a plastic snack bag with something that looked like insulation near the A/C puddle. Jerry and other service person hunted for something but nothing was visible. That time was not charged to me. Jerry then called about an hour before my car was ready to let me know when to expect the ride. Jerry went over the bill and what was checked/done. The total ended up being a little less than the original estimate. Since moving to GA Jan ‘22, except for an initial mistake going to Billy Howell in Cumming, GA, I have had all my service work done at Shottenkirk Ford, Jasper, GA.

Jerry was a great service advisor, explaining the process and offering helpful advice. We discussed my scheduled oil change and a few other issues with my car that I was unaware of. The issues were addressed and fixed in good time. The technician checked my tire pressure and fluid levels. Overall, a smooth, professional experience, and I would highly recommend Jerry Adams.

Shottenkirk and my service advisor (Jerry Adams) have always done a great job. During yesterdays service visit, Jerry was great to work with and was able to save me some $$ at that visit. At a visit about a year ago, they scratched my front passenger door during a service visit...but they fixed it like new and were very apologetic about the problem. Everyone makes an error or mistake at times. It's how they handle the problem that shows their real qualities.
