Jerry Adams

Shottenkirk and my service advisor (Jerry Adams) have always done a great job. During yesterdays service visit, Jerry was great to work with and was able to save me some $$ at that visit. At a visit about a year ago, they scratched my front passenger door during a service visit...but they fixed it like new and were very apologetic about the problem. Everyone makes an error or mistake at times. It's how they handle the problem that shows their real qualities.

As always Jerry in the service department took care of all my needs. He always does a great job and I never have to worry about my car. He pays attention to the details and that's what I like.
