Best buying experience ever. Steve, Eddie and Randy are the best. No pushy sales tactics. Found the truck I wanted and may sure I was in my price range. Gave the most on my trade the first time. Just overall great experience. Go see Randy before you buy a vehicle.

Just want to take the time and give a big thanks to the whole Shottenkirk Family ... especially Eddie, Carson and Gary. They made, what can be a very daunting and not fun experience, my whole experience very easy and exciting. Even the two ladies up front were very nice and sweet and helpful. A little over 2 years ago I visited the shottenkirk bc I saw a few vehicles I was interested in and my experience couldn't have been more disappointing to a point I was even going back up there again for my new purchase. The customer service was awful ... I walked the lot for almost 30 minutes looking at different vehicles and not one person came to speak with me ... I even made the comment that I guess they don't need to sale any vehicles. Needless to I was very dissatisfied and left. My recent experience couldn't have been different and better. It was the phone calls from both Carson and Eddie that honestly even made me drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there and I couldn't have been any happier. As soon as I pulled in, I mean I wasn't even out of my truck and I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. Not overbearing but welcoming. And that was just the beginning!Again one of the greatest experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Great job Eddie, Carson, Gary, Ladies up front (sorry I didn't ask your names) and the Shottenkirk Dealership as a whole. Not only do you have someone that will be a repeat customer but you have someone that will recommend and push future buyers your way. Thanks for everything!!!

Jasper Ford was excellent to work with. From the time of inquiry (a week before), to the initial purchase was very well communicated. They made every effort to put us in the Bronco we purchased. Landon was great to work with. Eddie was professional. Overall 100/10 experience. We WILL be back!

Carson was one of the best Sales People I have ever encountered. Awesome demeanor, quickly built a rapport, excellent open ended questions, intelligent listener and knowledgeable responses. Smooth, personable and truly helpful. Eddie is also one of a kind, and a real Pro! He effortlessly made it all happen. Bernard, Carson, and Eddie helped tremendously in getting the car I wanted plus more. Definitely recommend these guys for a great and smooth transaction. Detailing needs to improve, but it showed from managers and from Carson that they were trying to get me out as soon as possible due to my limited time. I am sure most do not submit a review without actually doing business with the entity but since I absolutely loathe car shopping and my experience was nothing but pleasant from the beginning with Stephanie working with my crazy requirements last night to Wyatt test driving and paperwork today to Eddie sitting down and letting me know where I am at and what my options are. I did not purchase today only because I want to get a little better lined out for my next purchase but you guys will most definitely be getting my business when I am ready so thank you for your time spent with me today and not bullying a single girl into jumping the gun on a big purchase and allowing me to walk away with my dignity. Eddie Hefferon, is the man! I’ll be honest, I had heard horror stories about this dealership and have avoided doing business there for quite some time. Thankfully we went in and seen otherwise for ourselves. Eddie was such a sport at playing the numbers game and dealing with my very HANGRY self. Such a cool guy & was willing to help in any way he could.

I dealt with Eve for my salesperson which deserves 10 out of 5 stars in my book! She showed empathy and took great care of me at the start and even after the buying process. I’ve never met another salesperson so great. The only reason I have left 4 stars instead of 5 was because the sales manager Eddie was a bit rude as I navigated through this vehicle buying process for the first time on my own. He doesn’t seem to care for customers, but Eve picked up his slack in providing a good impression. Thank you Shottenkirk Ford and Eve especially!

I have been looking for a Bronco for months and had almost decided on getting a truck instead - just couldn’t seem to find exactly what I wanted…then the “unicorn” appeared! Bernard was awesome to work with, never at any point did I feel pressured. He listened to what I wanted, and offered suggestions along the way.
