Great experience... exact opposite of my previous car buying experiences. Started with no pressure sales from Keith Bramlett. He answered every question and showed us various options in Bronco models so that we could pinpoint exactly what we wanted. Instead of the typical back and forth on the financials, Eddie Hefferon made it simple... he asked where I needed to be and he gave me options to make it work. We had found the truck online and called and put a deposit down until we could get up there to look at it. Randy (salesman) said another was wanting our truck when we got there. I like that they are honest and reliable people because we know of family members that had 2 trucks sold out from under them, while having a deposit down. I can’t say enough good things about Eddie and Randy. No one rushed us. Told us to take our time. It has to be the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. He was generous and let us pick out ford hats as well. I would recommend Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They have the best prices around also. I guess I should have mentioned that earlier on…Thanks again Eddie! You Rock!
