Thanks so much. —- A small electronic glitch with my F250 and Shottenkirk Ford fixed it, NO hassles . Will continue to bring all my vehicles here.
To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.

Great experience with this service department. Brian (service manager) and Ron (service advisor) were super! So patient with us less computer savvy elders. Bought a new Maverick in Atlanta, where our salesman provided only a link to a video to learn about operating the vehicle. Anyone over 55, with average computer knowledge, would be lost. These guys took their time and went through the MANY functions and features of the truck for us. I was impressed and so appreciative. Will only go to Jasper Shottenkirk now! Thanks guys!
Brian Hughes the service manager and Ron Hebert went all out with help on our software issue on our 2025 Maverick XLT. Very polite and concerned, very knowledgeable, and kept us updated on progress and over night stay. Take them to lunch or a raise. Many thank to all service tech also.

My 2020 F-150 had a serious transmission issue just outside of warranty, and the team at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper went above and beyond to help me through it. Brian Hughes and Jerry in the service department were involved daily, navigating long and complex conversations with Ford Motor Company. Their persistence, along with Shottenkirk’s investment in moving the case forward, made all the difference. Brian stayed in constant contact—almost daily—and got to the point where he recognized my number and voice (and still answered!). Trust and respect are huge for me, and Shottenkirk has earned both. Brian and Jerry are absolute rockstars, and because of them, Shottenkirk will have my business from here on out. Best of all, my truck is back on the road, and Ford was fantastic once we worked through the (logical but tedious) process. Huge thanks to the Shottenkirk team!
My husband and I went in last weekend looking to trade in my car. We met with Ben, and he was truly amazing. From start to finish of the buying process, Ben made it super easy. He was super patient, joked around with us, and answered all of our questions. Never pushy or made us feel obligated. He answered the questions our boys asked him, which was huge because they’re quite the inquisitive pair. When we finally decided on which car we would get, Ben made sure we were taken care of with Pete in finance and Brian in the service department. Absolutely the best and easiest buying experience! We’ll definitely be going again!!!
Brian and Josh were extremely helpful and accommodating. They knew what my vehicles issue was and worked quickly to get the vehicle in for repair. I can’t say enough nice things about these employees.
Had some previous issues getting scheduled through the BDC, talked to Brian at the dealership and he got me scheduled and service was performed without issue.
