I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. I talked with multiple dealerships throughout the Southeast and Shottenkirk Jasper was by far the best. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

Bernard is amazing, my wife and I came in so stressed and discouraged by other dealers and he made every single process of getting our new truck the best experience we have ever had. Bernard preemptively reached out to let me know that the sales person I had for my previous purchase had recently left the dealership but that he was available if I ever had a desire to purchase in the future. I had already thought about a trade, but this encouraged me to come in. Bernard sent pics and answered questions When I visited the dealership (did not make an appt) Bernard was busy so he introduced us to Kaden Barker. Kaden was quite impressive- at such a young age, we were blown away by his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile Went to look at a Lexus GX, but Kaden recommended we try an expedition.... we drove a couple and decided to make a purchase. The car is great, but we were equally as excited to buy from such a sharp, honest sales associate.

By far this was the absolute best vehicle purchasing experience. I have to give a huge shout out to BERNARD. Thank you for you great spirit of patience and not just trying to push me in a car/truck. Thank you for listen to what I wanted, taking your time to show me and explain the options. Bernard is well informed on the lots inventory and spoke from the heart. Showed compassion and understanding and listened very well. At the end of the day once he said “sit tight, ima make this happen”, is exactly what he did. And I am now tho owner of a ford truck.. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN AND WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN. I drove all the way from GRIFFIN GEORGIA.

Bought my 3rd ford truck from jasper ford , vehicles expensive these days but look at what you get . Performance towing / braking is so much better than older trucks . Dealer is fast at getting deals closed and the paper work , very good at what they do . In and out , pleasure experience. Service department great , see Scott in service & Bernard sales . Booking appointment to get my trans flush and rear end diff service , service department prices are reasonable for a dealership . Thank you
