This guy went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met for the entire time we were there . While I was ultimately not able to close a deal this time with Shottenkirk Ford Jasper, I did want to acknowledge the excellent customer service I experienced while dealing with Bernard. Bernard was patient, honest, and attentive throughout the process, and I greatly appreciated his help. Especially as an out of state customer, he helped make the process feel very personable and not at all “pushy,” which is a breath of fresh air for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in today’s market!

Bernard provided us a great car buying experience. Very professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with and was amazing with his knowledge of all types of vehicles and different engines. It was a history lesson just to talk to him about cars...new and old. We had a trade-in and we feel we were treated fairly in our trade. It's important to be able to close a deal and feel good about the transaction as a whole. No complaints and we are very happy. This is our first Ford and we will continue to do business with Bernard and this dealership for years to come.
