This guy went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met for the entire time we were there . Overall, it was a great experience, and everyone knows that car buying usually is the opposite.

While I was ultimately not able to close a deal this time with Shottenkirk Ford Jasper, I did want to acknowledge the excellent customer service I experienced while dealing with Bernard. Bernard was patient, honest, and attentive throughout the process, and I greatly appreciated his help. Especially as an out of state customer, he helped make the process feel very personable and not at all “pushy,” which is a breath of fresh air for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in today’s market!
