I recently purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA. The process was seamless from start to finish. I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

Ben H was great to work with. Probably the quickest car buying process I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Ben had the car ready to go when I arrived, showed me all the different discounts and incentives ford was offering, plus took the time to go through some of the features on the car that you’d never even think about.

Ben is AWESOME, I got everything done over the phone and once I arrived I did my test drive, finalized the ppwk and off I went. He's THAT guy, so please ask for him if you are looking to purchase w/o the greedy gimmicky salesperson but instead someone who wants to make you feel good and confident about your purchase.

From the time I sat down to talk numbers until I drove out was only 2 hours. A record from my experience where it’s always been 4-5 hours. The selection of used F-150 Lariat's in my price range, age, and mileage was fantastic. There were at least four other choices that would have worked, so there was no reason to schedule test drives at any other dealers. I knew you had what I was looking for. Great job and thank you.

Driving a hour away from Atlanta they showed us great service. Had the two out of the 4 cars ready for us to look at and was honest about the other two being sold earlier. That didn’t stop Ben with his great service. Left with a great deal I couldn’t be more happier to be in my new truck!!

Ben was fantastic! He was easy to communicate with and most importantly he truly listened to my questions and needs around the purchase. The entire team, sales, trade and finance all were diligent and quick. The process was painless and most importantly short and not drawn out.

Ben and the finace gentleman next to him were great. Both were very professional and easy to get along with. Ben was very up front with everything including the price. The finance gentleman walked me through everything even though I had a million question. Over my experience was 10/10 and Ford Jasper has very nice facility. I'll be definitely coming back for that free oil change and maybe purchase of another vehicle.

We drove from Atlanta to buy from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, and it was well worth the drive. Ben Hall went above and beyond for us, especially when it came to offering snacks and treats for our kids, as well as two separate test drives so we could keep eyes on our kiddos. The kids room was a major benefit to the experience as well. Ben was knowledgeable and approachable, and we trusted him immediately. Highly recommend!

Awesome dealership with an awesome staff. I searched for a specific truck and Shottenkirk had it. They knew they were the only dealership with this specific truck, but they didn't take advantage, they made me a great deal and the whole process was smooth. I drove 6 hours to purchase the truck, they knew I had a long drive so they had everything ready for me. I spent a total of 20 minutes in finance and maybe a total of 30 minutes at the dealership combined. They did not waste my time and they were accommodating throughout the whole process.
