I had a great experience working with Ben Hall at Ford of Jasper. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I mentioned upfront that I don’t like spending hours at a dealership or being pressured into discussing a bunch of unnecessary add-ons, and he respected that completely. Ben expedited the process, kept everything straightforward, and made the experience efficient without sacrificing great customer service. It was refreshing to work with someone who listened to what we wanted and valued our time. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ben Hall.

My truck was picked up for service and anything deemed necessary. All my information was in computer and had points. Everything taken care of in a timely manner. Received text and called when ready to deliver truck back to me. Very professional and friendly technicians.

I recently had my vehicle’s cooling system flushed here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. Scott and Kara were incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. They patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, treating me with genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. Special thanks also to John, the mechanic who performed the cooling system flush on my car. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. I could tell he really took pride in his work, and the quality shows. Their approach feels truly personalized — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’m so grateful to my neighbor for recommending this place; it’s definitely a hidden gem. Thank you, Scott, Kara, and John, for your exceptional work and warm attitude. Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. The F&I manager was Patrick and he was also very nice and was good at his trade. He explained our option very well and hit us in and out very quickly. Great low pressure experience. Keith and Eddie made the buying experience great! No high pressure sales, spoke to us like friends and helped us find the right Bronco for us. Eddie also helped us with the aftermarket accessories we wanted to add! Sang made the finance piece just as easy as selecting the Bronco we wanted. I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. I was able to see what the technician was seeing in real time! Great Job Shottenkirk! Thank you.

Great service experience. My service advisor Jerry was excellent. I was updated on my service progress several times during my stay. When it was discovered that Ford had an outstanding recall item on my truck, Jerry expedited getting the recall completed which saved me a return trip. I will be using Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for all my vehicles going forward.

My wife and I bought a used car here a few weeks ago. There were a few minor issues we noticed. The service department took care of everything quickly and provided updates frequently. I recently had poor experiences at Grand Hyundai of Canton and Chevrolet of Canton. It’s nice to see a dealership who prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend

Took my f150 in for my 2nd cam phaser replacement at 110k miles. Shottenkirk Ford did a great job fixing it. I immediately drove it to Florida 600 miles with no issues. Great job Shottenkirk Ford.

The service dept did my first service maintenance and while they did they noticed a oil leak they took pics to show me and since I hav a extended warranty I'm able to address it at my local Ford dealership in Chattanooga tn both ford dealerships hav been very spot on to correct my vehicle so I can enjoy my truck

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

Bought a car elsewhere and I have had to have recalls done and some issues checked out and they have been so ready to help and make sure I get everything done to keep me safe! Scott and Jerry were easy to work with both times. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my second time bringing it in went smooth, that I got my car back in a timely manner, and that my warranty covered what I needed it to! A very convenient service of Shottenkirk Ford is they will pick up your vehicle at your home and deliver it back after the service. So helpful if needed repairs will require more time to complete. My 2013 C-Max had previously been involved in a front end accident and the repairs made by an independent shop were shoddy, concealling a very damaged part called a radiator shutter modual and the motor that controls it! Shottenkirk texted me advising me of the cost and even sent pictures of the parts in question. Then Kara called with a more detailed explanation of how the function of this part related to my poor A/C operation; the reason I brought the car in the first place. Admittedly, I was skeptical and had them stop there and they returned my car. Later I drove to the shop where the technician, Patrick, took the time to physically show me the damaged parts and explained how they worked and how it affected the a/c operation of my car. Kara ordered the parts, hopefully Atlanta has them. Kara texted me at 9:45 the next morning the parts are in. I drove my car to the dealership immediately. They drove me back home and will pick me back up when repair is completed. You might be thinking a dearship is more expensive than an indepentant shop, but this dealership knows their product. They will check out your concern, estimate what it will cost to fix it, and when you drive your car away the problem will be gone! THAT IS WORTH A LOT! I highly recommend Shottenkirk Ford. They are a full service dealer offering Sales, Service, Parts, and a Body Shop. They employ dozens of good people who all have you, their customers, interests first of all as their main concern. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kara was very pleasant to deal with! She got me checked in quickly and answered a few questioned I had. Service was completed in an hour and a half and checkout was seamless. Kara went through my multi-point inspection with me and took payment. Very efficient and streamlined process. Better than most other Ford dealerships in the area. Highly recommend!

My 2020 F-150 had a serious transmission issue just outside of warranty, and the team at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper went above and beyond to help me through it. Brian Hughes and Jerry in the service department were involved daily, navigating long and complex conversations with Ford Motor Company. Their persistence, along with Shottenkirk’s investment in moving the case forward, made all the difference. Brian stayed in constant contact—almost daily—and got to the point where he recognized my number and voice (and still answered!). Trust and respect are huge for me, and Shottenkirk has earned both. Brian and Jerry are absolute rockstars, and because of them, Shottenkirk will have my business from here on out. Best of all, my truck is back on the road, and Ford was fantastic once we worked through the (logical but tedious) process. Huge thanks to the Shottenkirk team!
