I had a great experience working with Ben Hall at Ford of Jasper. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I mentioned upfront that I don’t like spending hours at a dealership or being pressured into discussing a bunch of unnecessary add-ons, and he respected that completely. Ben expedited the process, kept everything straightforward, and made the experience efficient without sacrificing great customer service. It was refreshing to work with someone who listened to what we wanted and valued our time. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ben Hall.

My truck was picked up for service and anything deemed necessary. All my information was in computer and had points. Everything taken care of in a timely manner. Received text and called when ready to deliver truck back to me. Very professional and friendly technicians.

I recently had my vehicle’s cooling system flushed here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. Scott and Kara were incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. They patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, treating me with genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. Special thanks also to John, the mechanic who performed the cooling system flush on my car. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. I could tell he really took pride in his work, and the quality shows. Their approach feels truly personalized — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. The F&I manager was Patrick and he was also very nice and was good at his trade. He explained our option very well and hit us in and out very quickly. Great low pressure experience. Keith and Eddie made the buying experience great! No high pressure sales, spoke to us like friends and helped us find the right Bronco for us. Eddie also helped us with the aftermarket accessories we wanted to add! Sang made the finance piece just as easy as selecting the Bronco we wanted. No doubt I will return to purchase my next ford from Shottenkirk!

I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. I was able to see what the technician was seeing in real time! Great Job Shottenkirk! Thank you.

Great service experience. My service advisor Jerry was excellent. I was updated on my service progress several times during my stay. When it was discovered that Ford had an outstanding recall item on my truck, Jerry expedited getting the recall completed which saved me a return trip. I will be using Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for all my vehicles going forward.

My wife and I bought a used car here a few weeks ago. There were a few minor issues we noticed. The service department took care of everything quickly and provided updates frequently. I recently had poor experiences at Grand Hyundai of Canton and Chevrolet of Canton. It’s nice to see a dealership who prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend

Took my f150 in for my 2nd cam phaser replacement at 110k miles. Shottenkirk Ford did a great job fixing it. I immediately drove it to Florida 600 miles with no issues. Great job Shottenkirk Ford.

The service dept did my first service maintenance and while they did they noticed a oil leak they took pics to show me and since I hav a extended warranty I'm able to address it at my local Ford dealership in Chattanooga tn both ford dealerships hav been very spot on to correct my vehicle so I can enjoy my truck

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

Went in for service on my Bronco, and this was by far a better experience than the last dealership. The staff were all very friendly, and our service advisor was great. Very friendly and super helpful. The only complaint that I have at this time is that when we scheduled we requested a service advisor give us a call, and then requested again the next day via chat and we never received the call back. Overall however it was a wonderful experience and we do plan on returning for our future service needs.

Awesome dealership with an awesome staff. I searched for a specific truck and Shottenkirk had it. They knew they were the only dealership with this specific truck, but they didn't take advantage, they made me a great deal and the whole process was smooth. I drove 6 hours to purchase the truck, they knew I had a long drive so they had everything ready for me. I spent a total of 20 minutes in finance and maybe a total of 30 minutes at the dealership combined. They did not waste my time and they were accommodating throughout the whole process. Thank you to my salesman Ben Hall for making this an easy and pain-free process.

Eve took phenomenal care of my wife. She made sure she got exactly what she wanted and was very attentive to her nervousness in the process. We drove 1.5 hours to get the Expedition we were looking for and were Not disappointed! Eddie gave us a fair trade in value on our old SUV and even offered us Braves Tickets (which we sadly had to take a rain check on). Austin in finance was also great to work with. 10/10 would send someone here.

This might have been the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I shopped around A LOT. I started at Shottenkirk as my first test drive of a long first day of shopping and Randy took care of us. Ended up back here as my final stop five days later and drove away with a new (used) car feeling relaxed and happy about my decision. I met many great salesmen (and maybe a few not so great) at the many different dealerships all over the Atlanta area but I have to say I was most comfortable with Randy. No pressure whatsoever and just 100% laid back with an incredibly positive attitude. I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman who walked us through financing and the great extended warranties. He was professional, detail oriented and extremely friendly as well. I was honestly concerned the warranties wouldn’t be as good as Certified Pre Owned vehicles. I was definitely wrong there and came out saving a little bit of money in the end. 10/10 would recommend Shottenkirk of Jasper. After such an exhausting search, I can’t explain how nice it was to finally have an easy and seamless buying experience.

Let me tell you about EVE!!!! She is absolutely phenomenal!! She literally makes you feel like you are family, we didn’t have much hope going in because we were upside down on our current car. Next thing you know we had the approval they offered me top dollar for my old car and we left with a new one! Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us and our children! I recently went to Shottenkirk Ford for an oil change and was impressed by the excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Jerry was a great service advisor, explaining the process and offering helpful advice. We discussed my scheduled oil change and a few other issues with my car that I was unaware of. The issues were addressed and fixed in good time. The technician checked my tire pressure and fluid levels. Overall, a smooth, professional experience, and I would highly recommend Jerry Adams.

Always good service at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. The waiting area is clean with plenty of seating, wifi is easily accessed and coffee/water are available. The service advisors are attentive. I don’t love the stop-watch idea (I never ask how long maintenance will take-it takes what it takes to do it right). Still, the point of the stopwatch is understandable. I did not purchase my vehicle there, but only service it there.
