Bought a car elsewhere and I have had to have recalls done and some issues checked out and they have been so ready to help and make sure I get everything done to keep me safe! Scott and Jerry were easy to work with both times. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my second time bringing it in went smooth, that I got my car back in a timely manner, and that my warranty covered what I needed it to! I will continue to bring them my car!

I had a great experience at Shottenkirk in Jasper, GA! I love the new Broncos and th salesman, Mori answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond my expectations. No pressure, he made the transaction smooth as possible. Ivan the manager was on point and knew exactly how to handle the deal. The finance department was exceptional as well! I would definitely trust this dealership for any future purchases!

We went to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper today and had the best experience. DW was the best sales person I have ever had to deal with. To start he was on his game to help us get into a 2025 Bronco. He didn't sugar coat it and made it happen. He had a great attitude and personality. I would recommend if you want at buy a new or used Ford product go and ask for him.

I recently purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA. The process was seamless from start to finish. I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. We purchased a Bronco at the beginning of April, not realizing at the time that Ford was dealing with an issue affecting the backup cameras on new Bronco models. The recall repair ended up taking about four weeks. While we weren’t thrilled about having to leave our brand-new vehicle for that long, our salesman, DW, was upfront about the situation from the start and kept us consistently informed with updates throughout the process. His honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. We will absolutely return to DW for our next vehicle purchase. I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.

I recently went to Shottenkirk Ford for an oil change and was impressed by the excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Jerry was a great service advisor, explaining the process and offering helpful advice. We discussed my scheduled oil change and a few other issues with my car that I was unaware of. The issues were addressed and fixed in good time. The technician checked my tire pressure and fluid levels. Overall, a smooth, professional experience, and I would highly recommend Jerry Adams.

Always good service at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. The waiting area is clean with plenty of seating, wifi is easily accessed and coffee/water are available. The service advisors are attentive. I don’t love the stop-watch idea (I never ask how long maintenance will take-it takes what it takes to do it right). Still, the point of the stopwatch is understandable. I did not purchase my vehicle there, but only service it there.

A very convenient service of Shottenkirk Ford is they will pick up your vehicle at your home and deliver it back after the service. So helpful if needed repairs will require more time to complete. My 2013 C-Max had previously been involved in a front end accident and the repairs made by an independent shop were shoddy, concealling a very damaged part called a radiator shutter modual and the motor that controls it! Shottenkirk texted me advising me of the cost and even sent pictures of the parts in question. Then Kara called with a more detailed explanation of how the function of this part related to my poor A/C operation; the reason I brought the car in the first place. Admittedly, I was skeptical and had them stop there and they returned my car. Later I drove to the shop where the technician, Patrick, took the time to physically show me the damaged parts and explained how they worked and how it affected the a/c operation of my car. (how miserable a job the previous repairs had been made to conseal the problem) Patrick further explained he had already checked the Freon level, the compressor, and stated the system was actually blowing cold air in the shop. It was only as driving where the action of shutters in this assemble controlled the air flow as needed for proper operation of the a/c system. My confidence was restored in Shottenkirk Ford! Kara ordered the parts, hopefully Atlanta has them. Kara texted me at 9:45 the next morning the parts are in. I drove my car to the dealership immediately. They drove me back home and will pick me back up when repair is completed. You might be thinking a dearship is more expensive than an indepentant shop, but this dealership knows their product. They will check out your concern, estimate what it will cost to fix it, and when you drive your car away the problem will be gone! THAT IS WORTH A LOT! I highly recommend Shottenkirk Ford. They are a full service dealer offering Sales, Service, Parts, and a Body Shop. They employ dozens of good people who all have you, their customers, interests first of all as their main concern. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kara was very pleasant to deal with! She got me checked in quickly and answered a few questioned I had. Service was completed in an hour and a half and checkout was seamless. Kara went through my multi-point inspection with me and took payment. Very efficient and streamlined process. Better than most other Ford dealerships in the area. Highly recommend!

My 2020 F-150 had a serious transmission issue just outside of warranty, and the team at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper went above and beyond to help me through it. Brian Hughes and Jerry in the service department were involved daily, navigating long and complex conversations with Ford Motor Company. Their persistence, along with Shottenkirk’s investment in moving the case forward, made all the difference. Brian stayed in constant contact—almost daily—and got to the point where he recognized my number and voice (and still answered!). Trust and respect are huge for me, and Shottenkirk has earned both. Brian and Jerry are absolute rockstars, and because of them, Shottenkirk will have my business from here on out. Best of all, my truck is back on the road, and Ford was fantastic once we worked through the (logical but tedious) process. Huge thanks to the Shottenkirk team!

My husband and I went in last weekend looking to trade in my car. We met with Ben, and he was truly amazing. From start to finish of the buying process, Ben made it super easy. He was super patient, joked around with us, and answered all of our questions. Never pushy or made us feel obligated. He answered the questions our boys asked him, which was huge because they’re quite the inquisitive pair. When we finally decided on which car we would get, Ben made sure we were taken care of with Pete in finance and Brian in the service department. Absolutely the best and easiest buying experience!
