Bought a car elsewhere and I have had to have recalls done and some issues checked out and they have been so ready to help and make sure I get everything done to keep me safe! Scott and Jerry were easy to work with both times. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my second time bringing it in went smooth, that I got my car back in a timely manner, and that my warranty covered what I needed it to! I will continue to bring them my car!

I had a great experience at Shottenkirk in Jasper, GA! I love the new Broncos and th salesman, Mori answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond my expectations. No pressure, he made the transaction smooth as possible. Ivan the manager was on point and knew exactly how to handle the deal. The finance department was exceptional as well! We went to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper today and had the best experience. DW was the best sales person I have ever had to deal with. To start he was on his game to help us get into a 2025 Bronco. He didn't sugar coat it and made it happen. He had a great attitude and personality. I would recommend if you want at buy a new or used Ford product go and ask for him.

I recently purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA. The process was seamless from start to finish. I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. We purchased a Bronco at the beginning of April, not realizing at the time that Ford was dealing with an issue affecting the backup cameras on new Bronco models. The recall repair ended up taking about four weeks. While we weren’t thrilled about having to leave our brand-new vehicle for that long, our salesman, DW, was upfront about the situation from the start and kept us consistently informed with updates throughout the process. His honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. We will absolutely return to DW for our next vehicle purchase. I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.

Awesome dealership with an awesome staff. I searched for a a Black Label Lincoln Navigator and Shottenkirk had it. They made me a great deal and the whole process was smooth. I drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase the Vehicle, they knew I had a long drive so they had everything ready for me. I spent a total of 20 minutes in finance and maybe a total of 30 minutes at the dealership combined. They did not waste my time and they were accommodating throughout the whole process. Went in for service on my Bronco, and this was by far a better experience than the last dealership. The staff were all very friendly, and our service advisor was great. Very friendly and super helpful. The only complaint that I have at this time is that when we scheduled we requested a service advisor give us a call, and then requested again the next day via chat and we never received the call back. Overall however it was a wonderful experience and we do plan on returning for our future service needs.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated and ShottenKirk Ford got me in and out in great time. They were very nice and helpful. Kara assisted me and was courteous and thorough. She even reminded I had points I could use to make the cost cheaper. Defintely going back!

Eve took phenomenal care of my wife. She made sure she got exactly what she wanted and was very attentive to her nervousness in the process. We drove 1.5 hours to get the Expedition we were looking for and were Not disappointed! Eddie gave us a fair trade in value on our old SUV and even offered us Braves Tickets (which we sadly had to take a rain check on). Austin in finance was also great to work with. 10/10 would send someone here.

First time experience at this dealership and it could not have gone better. We went in to purchase a new Bronco. Our sales person Bernard was wonderful to deal with and was no pressure in his approach with us. This might have been the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I shopped around A LOT. I started at Shottenkirk as my first test drive of a long first day of shopping and Randy took care of us. Ended up back here as my final stop five days later and drove away with a new (used) car feeling relaxed and happy about my decision. I met many great salesmen (and maybe a few not so great) at the many different dealerships all over the Atlanta area but I have to say I was most comfortable with Randy. No pressure whatsoever and just 100% laid back with an incredibly positive attitude. I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman who walked us through financing and the great extended warranties. He was professional, detail oriented and extremely friendly as well. I was honestly concerned the warranties wouldn’t be as good as Certified Pre Owned vehicles. I was definitely wrong there and came out saving a little bit of money in the end. 10/10 would recommend Shottenkirk of Jasper. After such an exhausting search, I can’t explain how nice it was to finally have an easy and seamless buying experience.

Let me tell you about EVE!!!! She is absolutely phenomenal!! She literally makes you feel like you are family, we didn’t have much hope going in because we were upside down on our current car. Next thing you know we had the approval they offered me top dollar for my old car and we left with a new one! Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us and our children! I had spoken with my salesman, Bernard, several months ago about purchasing a Bronco. Bernard was very nice about following up with me when my intentions did not materialize. When I contacted him yesterday, he remembered my name and was genuinely happy to hear from me. He made the whole driving and sales experience very easy.
