I am so thrilled with our experience here! My husband and I have always felt intimidated by attempting to go into these big nice dealerships, because we always felt unsure that we would ever be able to get into a vehicle at one of these places. We scheduled anyway, and not only did the team here make it incredibly easy, but Mori (SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST) didn’t just get us into any car, he got us into what his always been my absolute dream car in my dream color! I couldn’t believe it. And as intimidating as these dealerships can seem, we walked away with a better deal on the price of the car and our payments then we ever would have if we would’ve settled on going to another one of those buy here-pay here places. I cannot believe the luck that we had and the service that we were given! They took such great time with us and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come here and don’t forget to ask for MORI! He’s your guy. Promise. I also have to shout out Gary and financing! It was a little bit of confusion with some of the paperwork between us and the bank, but with Gary and Mori together, and all of their help and patience, we were able to get it all worked out! And we are leaving being the happy owners of a Hyundai ELANTRA 2023! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

This was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Johnathon, and Ivan worked so hard and so endlessly to make sure I got to drive off that parking lot in my brand new 2026 ford explore! Johnathon was amazing! He was so helpful! Such a wonderful personality. Really the best. Any time he saw me getting stressed out he would step up and remind me that I was getting the car not to worry and I did thanks to these great men staying after hours just to make sure!! This is the best car lot around!!! I went in kinda not expecting much to be honest because another car lot ran my credit a lot in a 2 day span and dropped my credit a bit. And didn’t help me get a car but I went in to shottenkirk I worked with jp he was AMAZING! He got me a beautiful 2026 ford explorer! He told me he wouldn’t stop until I left with my car today and he didn’t!! Him and Ivan worked endlessly on the phone’s getting the bank approval and letting me drive my new car home. Jp was wonderful!! He stayed way over his shift to make sure I was able to close the deal. And poor Ivan stayed on the phone for hours with the banks getting everything taken care of! I will recommended everyone to go see them! They are honest trustworthy men!! And I’m so in love with my car 🖤🖤🖤

My service Advisor Jerry is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I have been using this dealership since 2020 with my purchase of my SUV. They all all very good. But Jerry goes above and beyond. Accurate works with patience and educational with my needs. All dealers should have a Jerry as their Advisor!

They always take great care of my truck. I am an extremely meticulous person. Someone would say someone who is difficult with whom to work and these guys always take great care of me and My bronco!

Service Adviser (Tom) provided me excellent customer service. He scheduled the appointment, over the phone, and then I saw him at the service department a few weeks later. I brought the vehicle (2025 Mustang GT) in for the Recall: 26C32. He kept me informed of the status of the inspection and the vehicle was returned early. Tom also emailed me a copy of the work invoice for my records.

Rick and the whole team in the service department here at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper GA Are awesome. I brought a 2015 Ford F150 in there.For recall service and transmission flush. I also had an issue with the truck shutting off at idle , even though it ran perfectly in a normal conditions So I asked them to do a diagnostics. The diagnostics revealed that I needed a Solenoid. replaced on the camshaft , and I had an oil pan gasket leak. I took the truck back a couple of weeks later to get the Solenoid replaced, they did replace it at a timely manner. And it has one hundred percent fixed my problem. I do plan ongoing to them in the future to do some upgrades and hopes that I can one day leave this truck to one of my grandchildren. Thanks again to Rick The mechanic and the whole team there.I really appreciate y'all!!!

I want to say that I've only used Shottenkirk service department twice, but I've been extremely impressed with the speed, courtesy and repair work I've had to this point, so much so that I drove 50 miles one way (plus arranged fro someone else to come and transport me back and forth, so two vehicles 100 miles each round trip). Keep up the good work.

By far the easiest and quickest process of purchasing a vehicle. In the past, it seemed like getting a vehicle could take all day long. I would like to tell Randy at Shottenkirt a big thank you for helping me with my new expedition. It was worth the drive from Dawsonville to meet this team! Looking forward to be a regular visitor! I purchased my car in April. Took it to the service department July 29th and surprised to find out I had made the appointment at the wrong dealership! In which Thomas in the service department was awesome he worked with me and Again Randy can to my rescue and provided me with a car to come back to Dawsonville in! The team was the best! I had my car back the next day even with their full agenda I was able to pick my car up the next morning. We had a wonderful buying experience with John Culpepper and his manager Ivan this past weekend at Shottenkirk Jasper. We had visited the weekend prior and weren't ready to make a decision yet. We not once felt pressured to buy. We went back the following weekend and test drove several more vehicles and found the perfect one. John was patient and knowledgeable. As a woman, it’s important to know that the service department treats me fairly and transparently. These guys do. They answer my questions with complete honesty. I feel very well taken care of, the way my dad would. They have my vehicle ready on time and if there is a delay, they communicate upfront. For example, the part my car needed was on backorder. They let me know before we left and provided a loaner since it was going to take longer than expected. Y’all I drive 40 miles just to use this service department. I am sure there are others with quality service, but when you find the one you trust and feel comfortable in, you’ll make the drive.

Best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called the dealership on a Friday and Saturday morning everything was done and finalized in less than two hours. DW in sales was absolutely terrific. Professional, responded quickly, friendly and easygoing, and he went to every length to ensure a great and smooth experience. Rich was awesome to work with! I drove 8 hours round trip to buy my Expedition, and he made the whole process so easy. He was honest, answered all my questions, and had everything ready when I got there. I never felt pressured, and everything went smoothly. Being young and buying a car can be intimidating because you don’t always feel like you’re taken seriously. Rich treated me with respect from the very beginning and never made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time. We inquired about a pre owned expedition about 2 weeks ago, we were linked with Eve, she was great to deal with via phone but when we showed up it was even better. We have a newborn, 2 and a 4 year old and they got us out the door in record time, fair trade amount for our ‘22 Explorer and finance still got us a better than expected rate on our expedition. It almost seemed to good to be true until I saw the deal was funded. Big Thank you to everyone who put us in the nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned and giving our family more space to travel

I arrived a little early for appointment, but Jerry interrupted his call to wait on me. They were also quick to provide me a ride home since the estimated time was 6+/ hours. Jerry called me mid-way to update status. I had brought in a plastic snack bag with something that looked like insulation near the A/C puddle. Jerry and other service person hunted for something but nothing was visible. That time was not charged to me. Jerry then called about an hour before my car was ready to let me know when to expect the ride. Jerry went over the bill and what was checked/done. The total ended up being a little less than the original estimate. Since moving to GA Jan ‘22, except for an initial mistake going to Billy Howell in Cumming, GA, I have had all my service work done at Shottenkirk Ford, Jasper, GA.

Easy and relatively smooth process. They got me out of lease I was under water on and sent me home with a brand new truck fairly close to my budget. This is a really solid dealership. I have now made the leap from 15 years of Jeep ownership to a Ford owner and looks like I will be with Ford for the foreseeable future.

Zachariah (Zach) was patient and went above and beyond with my unusual service situation. My case was very high maintenance with the logistics and timing due to the fact my truck had to be towed and I only had a small window of time available. He made it work and never acted bothered plus they did an excellent job I would give 10 stars if I could!

This team did a great job working with me since I only had 1vehicle. I had several item for the service team to look at and service. This included the works oil change and tire rotation, a faulty tire pressure sensor and a recall. The service team pushed my vehicle thru as fast as they could. It only took a few hours to complete the service call.

Ben was the best! We made a trip up to Shottenkirk to check out some of the bronco sports they had on the lot. Ben had reached out beforehand and made sure all my questions were answered and he had a good understanding what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was so easy to work with. We ended up purchasing a bronco sport outer banks, the whole process was so easy and faster than expected! Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Would recommend seeing Ben for all your car buying needs!!

I dealt with Eve for my salesperson which deserves 10 out of 5 stars in my book! She showed empathy and took great care of me at the start and even after the buying process. I’ve never met another salesperson so great. The only reason I have left 4 stars instead of 5 was because the sales manager Eddie was a bit rude as I navigated through this vehicle buying process for the first time on my own. He doesn’t seem to care for customers, but Eve picked up his slack in providing a good impression. Thank you Shottenkirk Ford and Eve especially!

Everyone overall are wonderful. Dale was exceptionally helpful; honest and understanding. He took his time in showing us all different features of different cars. He shared with us his honest input; positive and negative. He played a tremendous role in choosing my next car. I so love my car so so much. I named her Fe. Shottenkirk did everything right. Their staff, especially Kara are very knowledgeable and super nice. I called to have a recall item fixed and they were able to get me in right away. They fixed it in less time than they estimated. They even pointed out a couple of other things that even I could see needed tending. I don't usually like going to the dealer for maintenance but I will be doing just that with Shottenkirk. 5 out of 5

Wyatt Bernhardt was AWESOME! I stopped in this week simply to browse through Shottenkirk’s used car inventory. We have been in the market for a while now. A lot of the dealers pounce on you before you can even put it in park. Not Wyatt. We had been walking around browsing for about 15-20 minutes, uninterrupted, which was so nice. Wyatt came over and acknowledged that we were browsing and said “ if there is anything I can help you with or anything you may have questions about, don’t hesitate to let me know, I’m available if you need anything “. That was the most professional approach anyone could have offered. Based on the professionalism and helpfulness of Wyatt Bernhardt, my wife, son and I started discussing purchase options. We continued browsing and then found “The One”. Wyatt helped us go through the options, set up a test drive on the spot, showed all of us the fundamentals, functions and options of the vehicle , including the package details. All the while, there was never any pressure from him. Thanks to Wyatt’s professionalism and excellent customer service, we decided to close the deal that evening… which Wyatt helped us through from start to finish. He even stayed late and DID NOT LEAVE until the deal was finalized and we were in the car driving away. My sincere gratitude to Wyatt and the team of Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for their support and help throughout the process. My next purchase…. We will call Wyatt Bernhardt when the time comes.
