Bought 2 vehicles from as always expect the taxes and fees at the end..... unfortunately they have been tough getting some things taken off of the price and quoting one price while it being another... Service center is awesome

Driving a hour away from Atlanta they showed us great service. Had the two out of the 4 cars ready for us to look at and was honest about the other two being sold earlier. That didn’t stop Ben with his great service. Left with a great deal I couldn’t be more happier to be in my new truck!!

Had a small miscommunication that resulted in a major issue. The dealership, Sang, Randy, and Eddie went above & beyond to find a solution that took care of my family. Our next vehicle will also be from Shottenkirk because of the way they handled this situation!

We drove 4 hours to get an awesome deal on our 24 expedition limited. Did most of paperwork over phone/email. Our salesman Wyatt was professional and knowledgeable. Overall we had excellent service. We were fit in on a holiday weekend when our car suddenly broke down. Everyone was friendly and our car was back up and running smoothly in a very short timeframe.

I am sure most do not submit a review without actually doing business with the entity but since I absolutely loathe car shopping and my experience was nothing but pleasant from the beginning with Stephanie working with my crazy requirements last night to Wyatt test driving and paperwork today to Eddie sitting down and letting me know where I am at and what my options are. I did not purchase today only because I want to get a little better lined out for my next purchase but you guys will most definitely be getting my business when I am ready so thank you for your time spent with me today and not bullying a single girl into jumping the gun on a big purchase and allowing me to walk away with my dignity. Ben Hall went above and beyond for us, especially when it came to offering snacks and treats for our kids, as well as two separate test drives so we could keep eyes on our kiddos. Quick oil change! Great service!

I usually get great service with Shottenkirk Ford. I went in for an oil change and inspection. I know the oil change was completed but I never received the inspection report which I usually get attached with the invoice. This time I also got the truck back with noticeable oil or grease on multiple areas of the truck with the majority of them on the hood and upper passenger quarter panel near the hood. The service took place a day after I had washed my truck. I still would recommend Shottenkirk for service as I believe this is a one off experience with them forgetting the inspection report and also giving me my truck back with oil/grease marks.

I had the best and easiest experience at Shottenkirk!!! Will definitely come back and do business with them! Bernard made everything so easy to do (especially with it being my first adult purchase).
