I had a great experience working with Ben Hall at Ford of Jasper. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I mentioned upfront that I don’t like spending hours at a dealership or being pressured into discussing a bunch of unnecessary add-ons, and he respected that completely. Ben expedited the process, kept everything straightforward, and made the experience efficient without sacrificing great customer service. It was refreshing to work with someone who listened to what we wanted and valued our time. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ben Hall.

My truck was picked up for service and anything deemed necessary. All my information was in computer and had points. Everything taken care of in a timely manner. Received text and called when ready to deliver truck back to me. Very professional and friendly technicians.

I recently had my vehicle’s cooling system flushed here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. Scott and Kara were incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. They patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, treating me with genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. Special thanks also to John, the mechanic who performed the cooling system flush on my car. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. I could tell he really took pride in his work, and the quality shows. Their approach feels truly personalized — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’m so grateful to my neighbor for recommending this place; it’s definitely a hidden gem. Thank you, Scott, Kara, and John, for your exceptional work and warm attitude. Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. The F&I manager was Patrick and he was also very nice and was good at his trade. He explained our option very well and hit us in and out very quickly. Great low pressure experience. Keith and Eddie made the buying experience great! No high pressure sales, spoke to us like friends and helped us find the right Bronco for us. Eddie also helped us with the aftermarket accessories we wanted to add! Sang made the finance piece just as easy as selecting the Bronco we wanted. I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. I was able to see what the technician was seeing in real time! Great Job Shottenkirk! Thank you.

Great service experience. My service advisor Jerry was excellent. I was updated on my service progress several times during my stay. When it was discovered that Ford had an outstanding recall item on my truck, Jerry expedited getting the recall completed which saved me a return trip. I will be using Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for all my vehicles going forward.

My wife and I bought a used car here a few weeks ago. There were a few minor issues we noticed. The service department took care of everything quickly and provided updates frequently. I recently had poor experiences at Grand Hyundai of Canton and Chevrolet of Canton. It’s nice to see a dealership who prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend

Took my f150 in for my 2nd cam phaser replacement at 110k miles. Shottenkirk Ford did a great job fixing it. I immediately drove it to Florida 600 miles with no issues. Great job Shottenkirk Ford.

The service dept did my first service maintenance and while they did they noticed a oil leak they took pics to show me and since I hav a extended warranty I'm able to address it at my local Ford dealership in Chattanooga tn both ford dealerships hav been very spot on to correct my vehicle so I can enjoy my truck

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

Bought a car elsewhere and I have had to have recalls done and some issues checked out and they have been so ready to help and make sure I get everything done to keep me safe! Scott and Jerry were easy to work with both times. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my second time bringing it in went smooth, that I got my car back in a timely manner, and that my warranty covered what I needed it to! We inquired about a pre owned expedition about 2 weeks ago, we were linked with Eve, she was great to deal with via phone but when we showed up it was even better. We have a newborn, 2 and a 4 year old and they got us out the door in record time, fair trade amount for our ‘22 Explorer and finance still got us a better than expected rate on our expedition. It almost seemed to good to be true until I saw the deal was funded. Big Thank you to everyone who put us in the nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned and giving our family more space to travel

I arrived a little early for appointment, but Jerry interrupted his call to wait on me. They were also quick to provide me a ride home since the estimated time was 6+/ hours. Jerry called me mid-way to update status. I had brought in a plastic snack bag with something that looked like insulation near the A/C puddle. Jerry and other service person hunted for something but nothing was visible. That time was not charged to me. Jerry then called about an hour before my car was ready to let me know when to expect the ride. Jerry went over the bill and what was checked/done. The total ended up being a little less than the original estimate. Easy and relatively smooth process. They got me out of lease I was under water on and sent me home with a brand new truck fairly close to my budget. This is a really solid dealership. Zachariah (Zach) was patient and went above and beyond with my unusual service situation. My case was very high maintenance with the logistics and timing due to the fact my truck had to be towed and I only had a small window of time available. He made it work and never acted bothered plus they did an excellent job I would give 10 stars if I could!

This team did a great job working with me since I only had 1vehicle. I had several item for the service team to look at and service. This included the works oil change and tire rotation, a faulty tire pressure sensor and a recall. The service team pushed my vehicle thru as fast as they could. It only took a few hours to complete the service call.

Ben was the best! We made a trip up to Shottenkirk to check out some of the bronco sports they had on the lot. Ben had reached out beforehand and made sure all my questions were answered and he had a good understanding what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was so easy to work with. We ended up purchasing a bronco sport outer banks, the whole process was so easy and faster than expected! Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Would recommend seeing Ben for all your car buying needs!!

I dealt with Eve for my salesperson which deserves 10 out of 5 stars in my book! She showed empathy and took great care of me at the start and even after the buying process. I’ve never met another salesperson so great. The only reason I have left 4 stars instead of 5 was because the sales manager Eddie was a bit rude as I navigated through this vehicle buying process for the first time on my own. He doesn’t seem to care for customers, but Eve picked up his slack in providing a good impression. Thank you Shottenkirk Ford and Eve especially!

Shottenkirk did everything right. Their staff, especially Kara are very knowledgeable and super nice. I called to have a recall item fixed and they were able to get me in right away. They fixed it in less time than they estimated. They even pointed out a couple of other things that even I could see needed tending. Wyatt Bernhardt was AWESOME! I stopped in this week simply to browse through Shottenkirk’s used car inventory. We have been in the market for a while now. A lot of the dealers pounce on you before you can even put it in park. Not Wyatt. We had been walking around browsing for about 15-20 minutes, uninterrupted, which was so nice. Wyatt came over and acknowledged that we were browsing and said “ if there is anything I can help you with or anything you may have questions about, don’t hesitate to let me know, I’m available if you need anything “. That was the most professional approach anyone could have offered. Based on the professionalism and helpfulness of Wyatt Bernhardt, my wife, son and I started discussing purchase options. We continued browsing and then found “The One”. Wyatt helped us go through the options, set up a test drive on the spot, showed all of us the fundamentals, functions and options of the vehicle , including the package details. All the while, there was never any pressure from him. Thanks to Wyatt’s professionalism and excellent customer service, we decided to close the deal that evening… which Wyatt helped us through from start to finish. He even stayed late and DID NOT LEAVE until the deal was finalized and we were in the car driving away.
