What a truly beautiful and well-kept establishment. I have always purchased my new vehicles from Chestatee Ford in Dahlonega, but their Service Department is so overrun, and the wait times had become unbearable, so I recently adjusted to the Ford Service Dept in Jasper. Zach was so incredibly personable and helpful! I will absolutely only be returning to this location for any further business needs for my F-150.

This was the best and easiest experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. Justin, the salesman, and Eddie the manager, went above and beyond to make everything work for me. Eve IS that girl honey. I am 9 months pregnant & needed a ‘mom car’ due to having a Mustang. I gave Eve my information & what car I wanted & she made it easy honey all I had to do was sign papers & drive off. I highly recommend her for your car needs! The entire dealership was so incredibly nice & accommodating as well! Pete in finance was great as well.

I have been looking for a Bronco for months and had almost decided on getting a truck instead - just couldn’t seem to find exactly what I wanted…then the “unicorn” appeared! My husband and I purchased it today with Eve and I can’t say enough good things about her! She worked hard to get us a great deal and was so professional yet straightforward and very kind. Great job helping us determine which model we wanted Never felt pressured into buying even after several test drives. Well worth drive to get to view all the different models and seemed to have all the different models in all the colors so we didn’t have to accept a color we didn’t want just to get the model we wanted

Had a recall on my vehicle had to go to work the same day wasn’t sure if I would made it out on time but they did me the honor never felt neglected every single workers pass bye stop and ask if I have been taken care of. We had a great experience with the purchase of our first Ford, and first Truck! I inquired on a F150 and Brooks responded immediately. I went to test drive and very soon thereafter drove my new truck home! Brooks, Eddie, and Sang were amazing to work with. They took care of us during the sales process, and Eddie followed up with a couple after-market extras we requested in a timely manner and even made sure my Truck was sparkling clean before pulling away from the lot! If I could give ten stars I would! We had an exceptional experience at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper, and me and my husband were happy to walk away with our Outer Banks Bronco at the price we wanted. From the jump our salesman Randy greeted us with a welcoming attitude and made it clear he would make sure we left with the vehicle we had in mind, and would do anything he could to make it happen. Apart from Randy, the whole team at Shottenkirk including the sales manager Eddie and finance manager Pete made this process as smooth as can be. Shottenkirk has secured our business for years to come!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. My car needed extensive work, and I am very pleased with the level of service I received throughout the entire process. Josh, my service advisor, was friendly, kind, and very patient with me during the experience. He kept in constant communication, and was detailed and thorough in his explanation of ongoing repairs. Steve was the mechanic/tech that serviced the vehicle during the repair process, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He did a phenomenal job in getting my car serviced and back on the road. I went in to Shottenkirk Ford a month ago looking to replace my wife’s 11 year old car. Our family size has grown and we needed a third row vehicle. I was greeted out front by Wyatt, who took me inside and asked me what I was looking for. He asked questions about my preferred monthly payment, car feature priorities, etc. The first car he brought out was a brand new Explorer ST-line that had all of the things we wanted. Because of the negative equity and our credit situation, it was a challenging situation to get the payment to where we needed it, but Wyatt, Austin, and the finance team worked hard to push potential lenders and ended up getting us great terms directly through Ford! I would definitely recommend Wyatt and Shottenkirk!

I was looking to upgrade my F150 to pull a bigger camper and stopped into Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. Bernard listened to my needs and took his time to show me options. One option he suggested was a F350 which I never would have considered. He explained the benefits and let me test drive it! I recently purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA. The process was seamless from start to finish. I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. We purchased a Bronco at the beginning of April, not realizing at the time that Ford was dealing with an issue affecting the backup cameras on new Bronco models. The recall repair ended up taking about four weeks. While we weren’t thrilled about having to leave our brand-new vehicle for that long, our salesman, DW, was upfront about the situation from the start and kept us consistently informed with updates throughout the process. His honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. We will absolutely return to DW for our next vehicle purchase. I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

Ben H was great to work with. Probably the quickest car buying process I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.
