I met Mori looking at a really cool Bronco on the showroom floor awhile my truck was being serviced. We chatted about the Bronco and decided to come check them out. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone hates the “car salesman” experience and he did not do that. He listened to what we wanted, was not pushy and was very respectful. In the end he went the extra mile to customize the vehicle to what we wanted. 5 star experience all the way! Will definitely do business with him again! Highly recommend.

Just want to take the time and give a big thanks to the whole Shottenkirk Family ... especially Eddie, Carson and Gary. They made, what can be a very daunting and not fun experience, my whole experience very easy and exciting. Even the two ladies up front were very nice and sweet and helpful. A little over 2 years ago I visited the shottenkirk bc I saw a few vehicles I was interested in and my experience couldn't have been more disappointing to a point I was even going back up there again for my new purchase. The customer service was awful ... I walked the lot for almost 30 minutes looking at different vehicles and not one person came to speak with me ... I even made the comment that I guess they don't need to sale any vehicles. Needless to I was very dissatisfied and left. My recent experience couldn't have been different and better. It was the phone calls from both Carson and Eddie that honestly even made me drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there and I couldn't have been any happier. As soon as I pulled in, I mean I wasn't even out of my truck and I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. Not overbearing but welcoming. And that was just the beginning!Again one of the greatest experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Great job Eddie, Carson, Gary, Ladies up front (sorry I didn't ask your names) and the Shottenkirk Dealership as a whole. Not only do you have someone that will be a repeat customer but you have someone that will recommend and push future buyers your way. Thanks for everything!!!

This is the best Ford dealer in North georgia. Their customer service and communication at the repair shop and service department is excellent. If you live nearby they can do a valet pickup and drop off of the vehicle. They have great prices on vehicles for sale. They support youth in their activities which builds confidence and community.

Great experience. Your team is easy to work with, and I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. There were no high pressured sales gimmicks, just a professional business environment. Thanks to Ben Hall for his great help. I will return to Shottenkirk when its time to replace each of my family's other three vehicles. From the time I sat down to talk numbers until I drove out was only 2 hours. A record from my experience where it’s always been 4-5 hours. The selection of used F-150 Lariat's in my price range, age, and mileage was fantastic. There were at least four other choices that would have worked, so there was no reason to schedule test drives at any other dealers. I knew you had what I was looking for. Great job and thank you.

Ben is AWESOME, I got everything done over the phone and once I arrived I did my test drive, finalized the ppwk and off I went. Ben was attentive to my needs and addressed ALL my questions and concerns. He's THAT guy, so please ask for him if you are looking to purchase w/o the greedy gimmicky salesperson but instead someone who wants to make you feel good and confident about your purchase.

I don’t have a problem with the work on my vehicle. My problem is trying to book service. Cannot get anyone by texting or leaving message very frustrating I’m thinking about going to another dealer. It’s same distance for me to go to another Ford Dealership. I bought my Ford truck there but it’s getting hard to book service.

We purchased our '23 Bronco OBX from Shottenkirk Jasper in the fall of '23. The few times that we have taken the Bronco back for service at Shottenkirk, the experience has been pleasant. Great experience. Landon, my salesperson, seems like a great dude. Walked the lot with us while my husband and I were being indecisive (lol) and listened to what I had to have in a car. Best experience I’ve had buying a ford in north GA (won’t name other dealer). Will definitely be back for my free oil change! We were in and out in 2.5 hours, which was a relief compared to other experiences. Nice clean building.

Bernard preemptively reached out to let me know that the sales person I had for my previous purchase had recently left the dealership but that he was available if I ever had a desire to purchase in the future. I had already thought about a trade, but this encouraged me to come in. Bernard sent pics and answered questions When I visited the dealership (did not make an appt) Bernard was busy so he introduced us to Kaden Barker. Kaden was quite impressive- at such a young age, we were blown away by his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile Went to look at a Lexus GX, but Kaden recommended we try an expedition.... we drove a couple and decided to make a purchase. The car is great, but we were equally as excited to buy from such a sharp, honest sales associate.

Great experience with this service department. Brian (service manager) and Ron (service advisor) were super! So patient with us less computer savvy elders. Bought a new Maverick in Atlanta, where our salesman provided only a link to a video to learn about operating the vehicle. Anyone over 55, with average computer knowledge, would be lost. These guys took their time and went through the MANY functions and features of the truck for us. I was impressed and so appreciative. Will only go to Jasper Shottenkirk now! Thanks guys!

My battery finally gave out on my 2018 F-150. . The truck would not start so there was no way to take it in. I called for Mobil service. The technician came on time the next morning arriving exactly when scheduled. He quickly checked my vehicle and replaced the battery. I could not have been more pleased and will use mobil service again.

Ron was my technician and was fantastic. I came in for the full works and had a question about a tear in a tire I had and if it should be replaced. Ron took the time to review my tire and had the other technicians look at it to make the best evaluation on if it should be replaced. He provided pictures of the filters and tires they ended up replacing and the service was completed timely. All of the pricing was completely transparent so no surprises at the end which is always reassuring. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Ron!

I am so thrilled with our experience here! My husband and I have always felt intimidated by attempting to go into these big nice dealerships, because we always felt unsure that we would ever be able to get into a vehicle at one of these places. We scheduled anyway, and not only did the team here make it incredibly easy, but Mori (SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST) didn’t just get us into any car, he got us into what his always been my absolute dream car in my dream color! I couldn’t believe it. And as intimidating as these dealerships can seem, we walked away with a better deal on the price of the car and our payments then we ever would have if we would’ve settled on going to another one of those buy here-pay here places. I cannot believe the luck that we had and the service that we were given! They took such great time with us and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come here and don’t forget to ask for MORI! He’s your guy. Promise. I also have to shout out Gary and financing! It was a little bit of confusion with some of the paperwork between us and the bank, but with Gary and Mori together, and all of their help and patience, we were able to get it all worked out! This is the best car lot around!!! I went in kinda not expecting much to be honest because another car lot ran my credit a lot in a 2 day span and dropped my credit a bit. And didn’t help me get a car but I went in to shottenkirk I worked with jp he was AMAZING! He got me a beautiful 2026 ford explorer! He told me he wouldn’t stop until I left with my car today and he didn’t!! Him and Ivan worked endlessly on the phone’s getting the bank approval and letting me drive my new car home. Jp was wonderful!! He stayed way over his shift to make sure I was able to close the deal. And poor Ivan stayed on the phone for hours with the banks getting everything taken care of! I will recommended everyone to go see them! They are honest trustworthy men!! And I’m so in love with my car 🖤🖤🖤

I had a very good experience at Shottenkirk Ford. Everyone especially Thomas was very helpful. I also had a great conversation with the service manager, and he was awesome as well. They always take great care of my truck. I am an extremely meticulous person. Someone would say someone who is difficult with whom to work and these guys always take great care of me and My bronco!

Service Adviser (Tom) provided me excellent customer service. He scheduled the appointment, over the phone, and then I saw him at the service department a few weeks later. I brought the vehicle (2025 Mustang GT) in for the Recall: 26C32. He kept me informed of the status of the inspection and the vehicle was returned early. Tom also emailed me a copy of the work invoice for my records.

Rick and the whole team in the service department here at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper GA Are awesome. I brought a 2015 Ford F150 in there.For recall service and transmission flush. I also had an issue with the truck shutting off at idle , even though it ran perfectly in a normal conditions So I asked them to do a diagnostics. The diagnostics revealed that I needed a Solenoid. replaced on the camshaft , and I had an oil pan gasket leak. I took the truck back a couple of weeks later to get the Solenoid replaced, they did replace it at a timely manner. And it has one hundred percent fixed my problem. I do plan ongoing to them in the future to do some upgrades and hopes that I can one day leave this truck to one of my grandchildren. Thanks again to Rick The mechanic and the whole team there.I really appreciate y'all!!!

I want to say that I've only used Shottenkirk service department twice, but I've been extremely impressed with the speed, courtesy and repair work I've had to this point, so much so that I drove 50 miles one way (plus arranged fro someone else to come and transport me back and forth, so two vehicles 100 miles each round trip). Keep up the good work.

By far the easiest and quickest process of purchasing a vehicle. In the past, it seemed like getting a vehicle could take all day long. I would like to tell Randy at Shottenkirt a big thank you for helping me with my new expedition. It was worth the drive from Dawsonville to meet this team! Looking forward to be a regular visitor! I purchased my car in April. Took it to the service department July 29th and surprised to find out I had made the appointment at the wrong dealership! In which Thomas in the service department was awesome he worked with me and Again Randy can to my rescue and provided me with a car to come back to Dawsonville in! The team was the best! I had my car back the next day even with their full agenda I was able to pick my car up the next morning. I have never in all experiences with purchasing a vehicle and keeping it maintained had the positive Interaction that I have had with everyone at Shottenkirt Ford! They have truly stood by their word and I have never felt more confident in my decision! I will gladly share my experience about this wonderful team at this dealership! We had a wonderful buying experience with John Culpepper and his manager Ivan this past weekend at Shottenkirk Jasper. We had visited the weekend prior and weren't ready to make a decision yet. We not once felt pressured to buy. We went back the following weekend and test drove several more vehicles and found the perfect one. John was patient and knowledgeable. We would recommend heading over to see them, and we will definitely be back if we're ever in the market again.

Can’t ask for a better experience. Brought my F150 Raptor in for service. I interacted with 3 employees while I was there and they could not have been nicer. Scott in service was great and I spoke with one salesman and one young sales lady who were extremely nice. Which I could remember their names. Keep up the good work. As a woman, it’s important to know that the service department treats me fairly and transparently. These guys do. They answer my questions with complete honesty. I feel very well taken care of, the way my dad would. They have my vehicle ready on time and if there is a delay, they communicate upfront. For example, the part my car needed was on backorder. They let me know before we left and provided a loaner since it was going to take longer than expected. Y’all I drive 40 miles just to use this service department. I am sure there are others with quality service, but when you find the one you trust and feel comfortable in, you’ll make the drive.

Best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called the dealership on a Friday and Saturday morning everything was done and finalized in less than two hours. DW in sales was absolutely terrific. Professional, responded quickly, friendly and easygoing, and he went to every length to ensure a great and smooth experience. Rich was awesome to work with! I drove 8 hours round trip to buy my Expedition, and he made the whole process so easy. He was honest, answered all my questions, and had everything ready when I got there. I never felt pressured, and everything went smoothly. Being young and buying a car can be intimidating because you don’t always feel like you’re taken seriously. Rich treated me with respect from the very beginning and never made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time.
