I purchased a new to me vehicle from Randy at Shottenkirk a couple months ago. This was by far the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Randy was phenomenal he was so kind to help me the way he did. The finance guy was perfect ( didn’t get his name, I think initials are AW) they had me in and out of the dealership so quickly as I requested. Had one small service follow up and Brian, Zach and the rest of the team were awesome. Went above and beyond for me. This definitely was a pleasant vehicle buying experience. I would highly recommend all the names above. I am so thankful my vehicle search lead me here.

I came to the dealership recently to look at some crossovers to replace my current car. I spoke to Wyatt and told him I wasn’t ready to buy yet, but just looking. Wyatt gave me a good idea of the vehicles available and was considerate of my budget. He also provided his business card in case I have any more questions. Ben and the finace gentleman next to him were great. Both were very professional and easy to get along with. Ben was very up front with everything including the price. The finance gentleman walked me through everything even though I had a million question. Over my experience was 10/10 and Ford Jasper has very nice facility. I'll be definitely coming back for that free oil change and maybe purchase of another vehicle.

I am sure most do not submit a review without actually doing business with the entity but since I absolutely loathe car shopping and my experience was nothing but pleasant from the beginning with Stephanie working with my crazy requirements last night to Wyatt test driving and paperwork today to Eddie sitting down and letting me know where I am at and what my options are. I did not purchase today only because I want to get a little better lined out for my next purchase but you guys will most definitely be getting my business when I am ready so thank you for your time spent with me today and not bullying a single girl into jumping the gun on a big purchase and allowing me to walk away with my dignity. We drove from Atlanta to buy from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, and it was well worth the drive. Ben Hall went above and beyond for us, especially when it came to offering snacks and treats for our kids, as well as two separate test drives so we could keep eyes on our kiddos. The kids room was a major benefit to the experience as well. Ben was knowledgeable and approachable, and we trusted him immediately. Highly recommend!

I usually get great service with Shottenkirk Ford. I went in for an oil change and inspection. I know the oil change was completed but I never received the inspection report which I usually get attached with the invoice. This time I also got the truck back with noticeable oil or grease on multiple areas of the truck with the majority of them on the hood and upper passenger quarter panel near the hood. The service took place a day after I had washed my truck. I still would recommend Shottenkirk for service as I believe this is a one off experience with them forgetting the inspection report and also giving me my truck back with oil/grease marks.

Bought my 3rd ford truck from jasper ford , vehicles expensive these days but look at what you get . Performance towing / braking is so much better than older trucks . Dealer is fast at getting deals closed and the paper work , very good at what they do . In and out , pleasure experience. Service department great , see Scott in service & Bernard sales . He didn't sugar coat it and made it happen. He had a great attitude and personality. I would recommend if you want at buy a new or used Ford product go and ask for him.

I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. We purchased a Bronco at the beginning of April, not realizing at the time that Ford was dealing with an issue affecting the backup cameras on new Bronco models. The recall repair ended up taking about four weeks. While we weren’t thrilled about having to leave our brand-new vehicle for that long, our salesman, DW, was upfront about the situation from the start and kept us consistently informed with updates throughout the process. His honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. We will absolutely return to DW for our next vehicle purchase. I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.
