I met Mori looking at a really cool Bronco on the showroom floor awhile my truck was being serviced. We chatted about the Bronco and decided to come check them out. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone hates the “car salesman” experience and he did not do that. He listened to what we wanted, was not pushy and was very respectful. In the end he went the extra mile to customize the vehicle to what we wanted. 5 star experience all the way! Will definitely do business with him again! Highly recommend.

Just want to take the time and give a big thanks to the whole Shottenkirk Family ... especially Eddie, Carson and Gary. They made, what can be a very daunting and not fun experience, my whole experience very easy and exciting. Even the two ladies up front were very nice and sweet and helpful. A little over 2 years ago I visited the shottenkirk bc I saw a few vehicles I was interested in and my experience couldn't have been more disappointing to a point I was even going back up there again for my new purchase. The customer service was awful ... I walked the lot for almost 30 minutes looking at different vehicles and not one person came to speak with me ... I even made the comment that I guess they don't need to sale any vehicles. Needless to I was very dissatisfied and left. My recent experience couldn't have been different and better. It was the phone calls from both Carson and Eddie that honestly even made me drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there and I couldn't have been any happier. As soon as I pulled in, I mean I wasn't even out of my truck and I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. Not overbearing but welcoming. And that was just the beginning!Again one of the greatest experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Great job Eddie, Carson, Gary, Ladies up front (sorry I didn't ask your names) and the Shottenkirk Dealership as a whole. Not only do you have someone that will be a repeat customer but you have someone that will recommend and push future buyers your way. Thanks for everything!!!

This is the best Ford dealer in North georgia. Their customer service and communication at the repair shop and service department is excellent. If you live nearby they can do a valet pickup and drop off of the vehicle. They have great prices on vehicles for sale. They support youth in their activities which builds confidence and community.

Great experience. Your team is easy to work with, and I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. There were no high pressured sales gimmicks, just a professional business environment. Thanks to Ben Hall for his great help. I will return to Shottenkirk when its time to replace each of my family's other three vehicles. From the time I sat down to talk numbers until I drove out was only 2 hours. A record from my experience where it’s always been 4-5 hours. The selection of used F-150 Lariat's in my price range, age, and mileage was fantastic. There were at least four other choices that would have worked, so there was no reason to schedule test drives at any other dealers. I knew you had what I was looking for. Great job and thank you.

Ben is AWESOME, I got everything done over the phone and once I arrived I did my test drive, finalized the ppwk and off I went. Ben was attentive to my needs and addressed ALL my questions and concerns. He's THAT guy, so please ask for him if you are looking to purchase w/o the greedy gimmicky salesperson but instead someone who wants to make you feel good and confident about your purchase.

I don’t have a problem with the work on my vehicle. My problem is trying to book service. Cannot get anyone by texting or leaving message very frustrating I’m thinking about going to another dealer. It’s same distance for me to go to another Ford Dealership. I bought my Ford truck there but it’s getting hard to book service.

We purchased our '23 Bronco OBX from Shottenkirk Jasper in the fall of '23. The few times that we have taken the Bronco back for service at Shottenkirk, the experience has been pleasant. We dropped off the vehicle for service and a recall issue, leaving it while we went away for the weekend. Our service advisor, Ron H., was consistently communicative throughout the service process. Thanks to Ron and Shottenkirk Jasper for making this dealership experience a positive one.

Bernard is amazing, my wife and I came in so stressed and discouraged by other dealers and he made every single process of getting our new truck the best experience we have ever had. Great experience. Landon, my salesperson, seems like a great dude. Walked the lot with us while my husband and I were being indecisive (lol) and listened to what I had to have in a car. Best experience I’ve had buying a ford in north GA (won’t name other dealer). Will definitely be back for my free oil change! We were in and out in 2.5 hours, which was a relief compared to other experiences. Nice clean building.

Bernard preemptively reached out to let me know that the sales person I had for my previous purchase had recently left the dealership but that he was available if I ever had a desire to purchase in the future. I had already thought about a trade, but this encouraged me to come in. Bernard sent pics and answered questions When I visited the dealership (did not make an appt) Bernard was busy so he introduced us to Kaden Barker. Kaden was quite impressive- at such a young age, we were blown away by his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile Went to look at a Lexus GX, but Kaden recommended we try an expedition.... we drove a couple and decided to make a purchase. The car is great, but we were equally as excited to buy from such a sharp, honest sales associate.

Great experience with this service department. Brian (service manager) and Ron (service advisor) were super! So patient with us less computer savvy elders. Bought a new Maverick in Atlanta, where our salesman provided only a link to a video to learn about operating the vehicle. Anyone over 55, with average computer knowledge, would be lost. These guys took their time and went through the MANY functions and features of the truck for us. I was impressed and so appreciative. Will only go to Jasper Shottenkirk now! Thanks guys!

My battery finally gave out on my 2018 F-150. . The truck would not start so there was no way to take it in. I called for Mobil service. The technician came on time the next morning arriving exactly when scheduled. He quickly checked my vehicle and replaced the battery. I could not have been more pleased and will use mobil service again.

Ron was my technician and was fantastic. I came in for the full works and had a question about a tear in a tire I had and if it should be replaced. Ron took the time to review my tire and had the other technicians look at it to make the best evaluation on if it should be replaced. He provided pictures of the filters and tires they ended up replacing and the service was completed timely. All of the pricing was completely transparent so no surprises at the end which is always reassuring. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Ron!

My father always told me that you can buy a price or you can buy a product. To put it short, go for the product, not the price. In this circumstance, I think I won on both fronts. I bought a slightly used Ford F250 PowerStroke from Shottenkirk last week. The sales and tech team absolutely delivered on all fonts making sure that I got the best value for my money; new tires, full service, and vehicle delivery. Everything was absolutely seamless. The sales team was absolutely focused on delivering the best product, because they recognize that repeat business is the real winner. Everything was transparent and up front. No nonsense, no sales gimics, just a very straightforward and honest transaction. Oh, and on the price part, Shottenkirk was about $10k below market value on the truck. These are great people to do business with.

Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. I was able to see what the technician was seeing in real time! Great Job Shottenkirk! Thank you.

Great service experience. My service advisor Jerry was excellent. I was updated on my service progress several times during my stay. When it was discovered that Ford had an outstanding recall item on my truck, Jerry expedited getting the recall completed which saved me a return trip. I will be using Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for all my vehicles going forward.

My wife and I bought a used car here a few weeks ago. There were a few minor issues we noticed. The service department took care of everything quickly and provided updates frequently. I recently had poor experiences at Grand Hyundai of Canton and Chevrolet of Canton. It’s nice to see a dealership who prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend

Drove up there for an oil change and to have a recall taken care of! Everyone was very friendly and service was completed in a timely manner! The general manager was even walking around and checking in on customers. Great experience!

Took my f150 in for my 2nd cam phaser replacement at 110k miles. Shottenkirk Ford did a great job fixing it. I immediately drove it to Florida 600 miles with no issues. Great job Shottenkirk Ford.

The service dept did my first service maintenance and while they did they noticed a oil leak they took pics to show me and since I hav a extended warranty I'm able to address it at my local Ford dealership in Chattanooga tn both ford dealerships hav been very spot on to correct my vehicle so I can enjoy my truck

Want to say just purchased a new truck and bronco for the wife. The sales group that we had the pleasure of working with John Eddie and Randy were great and they really went above and beyond even when problems occurred . And we’re very knowledgeable. My sales rep, Randy Pigue and the sales manager, Ivan, were helpful and made the whole process run smoothly. It was actually a fun experience! I just had my 1st service appointment and Richie Weaver was amazing too. Even a technician, David Morrison, took time to help with climate controls that I was not operating correctly. John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

Bought a car elsewhere and I have had to have recalls done and some issues checked out and they have been so ready to help and make sure I get everything done to keep me safe! Scott and Jerry were easy to work with both times. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my second time bringing it in went smooth, that I got my car back in a timely manner, and that my warranty covered what I needed it to! I will continue to bring them my car!
