I had the best experience at Shottenkirk Ford. It was the fastest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car!! John and JP are the best salesmen out there. I was greeted by John immediately after getting out of my car. I had an appointment and I couldn’t remember who it was with, however John was very happy to help find the best fit for me. He was very knowledge when answering any questions I had. He made me feel very comfortable when trying to decide what was the best option for me. Once one of his appointments arrived, JP finished the process. JP was very knowledgeable about his job and he made it easy to figure out the best option. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Sang, the finance manager was absolutely amazing. You can tell how much he cares about his job and about finding the most affordable plan for each customer. He went into depth with any question I had and he made me feel very comfortable when talking about my credit and funds. Everyone at Shottenkirk Ford is absolutely outstanding! I would highly recommend buying a car here and asking for John or JP and Sang for your finances!

Had a great experience. We were just looking but are salesman (Eddie) was able to get me the number I wanted on the car so we went through with purchasing. John handled the finance side of things and was awesome. Side note- they stayed almost 2 hours past closing to get the deal done and car ready.

I purchased my last F250 here and have been here for one recall and my 10,000 mile service. I really like the people and for the most part I think they’re pretty attentive to my needs. I waited for both of these services to be completed although they do offer a pick up and delivery service which I think I’m going to use for the next service overall I think they do a good job and I would recommend the dealership.

My family and I have used Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for the last 5 vehicle purchases. Always a warm and happy welcoming with great customer service. Fine detail to needs and easy financing.

I had a genuinely excellent experience with Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. I came in with a pretty specific set of criteria for what I wanted in a truck, and Randy, Eddie Heffron, and Gary Davis actually listened. They didn’t try to steer me toward whatever was easiest to sell or convince me to compromise on the things that mattered to me. They were receptive, patient, and dogged about finding a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. What impressed me most was that they didn’t stop once they had a truck on the lot that was “close enough.” They were willing to make changes to the vehicle to make sure I was truly happy with it. That included replacing the tires with a much better set that completely transformed the way the truck drives. Gary told me afterward that the tires cost them around $2,000. I just laughed and said, “Ah kno.” 😎 That says a lot about how they handled the entire deal: they wanted me to leave happy with the truck I actually wanted, not simply with a completed sale. Randy was great to work with throughout the process, and both Eddie and Gary were responsive and straightforward whenever something needed attention. The whole team treated my requirements seriously and followed through. I drove away feeling like they had earned my business rather than simply taken it. Everything should be this fast and easy! I went online to Kelley Blue Book to inquire on my car’s trade value, and I did not need to buy another car. I was unaware the Kelley Blue Book information would also be sent to dealerships, because immediately afterwards I started getting texts and calls to buy my car. The first call I took was from Jay Webb from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, Georgia, and we discussed my car and car value for a few minutes. Afterwork, I dropped off my car, provided a copy of my driver’s license, and title. Jay told me accounting was closed for the day but said for me to stop by after work the next day to sign paperwork and pick up the check. Jay said he would personally drive to accounting in Canton to pick up my check. I was there maybe 15 minutes. The next afternoon, Jay text me to let me know the dealership has my check, paperwork, and who to see when I arrived. Jay came in on his day off to pick up check and make sure paperwork was ready when I arrived. When I arrived, I signed four papers, received my check, and left. It does not get any better than this! Thank you, Jay!

We had NO intention of purchasing a new vehicle, but the welcomed experience, from our sales associate to the sales manager ... Just WOW. Bernard was amazing, very accommodating and answering questions, getting answers, and showing us all the things. Then enter Ivan - he is just a wonderful human being! He helped us answering questions, getting some info for our deal (yes, that wasn't supposed to be happening)... until we sealed it that evening! We came back the next day to finish the deal and take delivery! We spent time with Lily and the team again, and it was just a wonderful experience! Fast forward a few days, and more kudos to Jose, Steve, and team! I needed to visit and got to meet everyone and still greeted like I was long time family (who is liked - HA!). My husband and I came with our 3 children to check out a couple vehicles we had seen online. Honestly didn't plan to purchase while there, however, John was fantastic. He remained patient with us and let us test drive multiple vehicles, answered questions we had and he was completely honest about each one. He checked to see if there was anything else close to what we needed out of a vehicle and wasn't pushy at all. Eddie was up front about what they could and couldn't do, in the end we ended up purchasing a vehicle and they stayed late to finalize our deal... again not pushy and patient. They even had an area for our kids to play while we handled paperwork. I highly recommend them if you're in the market.

The whole team did an out standing job allowing us to drive multiple vehicles without hesitation. They were helpful knowing what we needed out of a vehicle, polite, and not pushy. They cut straight to the point on what they needed out of a vehicle and were very honest about their products they had.
