I had a great experience at Shottenkirk in Jasper, GA! I love the new Broncos and th salesman, Mori answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond my expectations. No pressure, he made the transaction smooth as possible. Ivan the manager was on point and knew exactly how to handle the deal. The finance department was exceptional as well! I would definitely trust this dealership for any future purchases!

We went to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper today and had the best experience. DW was the best sales person I have ever had to deal with. To start he was on his game to help us get into a 2025 Bronco. He didn't sugar coat it and made it happen. He had a great attitude and personality. I would recommend if you want at buy a new or used Ford product go and ask for him.

I recently purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport from Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA. The process was seamless from start to finish. I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. We purchased a Bronco at the beginning of April, not realizing at the time that Ford was dealing with an issue affecting the backup cameras on new Bronco models. The recall repair ended up taking about four weeks. While we weren’t thrilled about having to leave our brand-new vehicle for that long, our salesman, DW, was upfront about the situation from the start and kept us consistently informed with updates throughout the process. His honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. We will absolutely return to DW for our next vehicle purchase. I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.

Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. The F&I manager was Patrick and he was also very nice and was good at his trade. He explained our option very well and hit us in and out very quickly. Great low pressure experience. I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!
