Left the car overnight Communication was excellent able to make an appointment the day I dropped off the truck Service performed on the truck was satisfactory It took most of the next day to finish a SW update and tire rotation Deemed a bit long price is reasonable but they charge you 3% for using a credit card!!

I had a great experience working with Ben Hall at Ford of Jasper. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I mentioned upfront that I don’t like spending hours at a dealership or being pressured into discussing a bunch of unnecessary add-ons, and he respected that completely. Ben expedited the process, kept everything straightforward, and made the experience efficient without sacrificing great customer service. It was refreshing to work with someone who listened to what we wanted and valued our time. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ben Hall.

I had a great experience at Shottenkirk in Jasper, GA! I love the new Broncos and th salesman, Mori answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond my expectations. No pressure, he made the transaction smooth as possible. Ivan the manager was on point and knew exactly how to handle the deal. The finance department was exceptional as well! I would definitely trust this dealership for any future purchases!

I recently had my vehicle’s cooling system flushed here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. Scott and Kara were incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. They patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, treating me with genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. Special thanks also to John, the mechanic who performed the cooling system flush on my car. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. I could tell he really took pride in his work, and the quality shows. Their approach feels truly personalized — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. The F&I manager was Patrick and he was also very nice and was good at his trade. He explained our option very well and hit us in and out very quickly. Great low pressure experience. Keith and Eddie made the buying experience great! No high pressure sales, spoke to us like friends and helped us find the right Bronco for us. Eddie also helped us with the aftermarket accessories we wanted to add! Sang made the finance piece just as easy as selecting the Bronco we wanted. I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. I was able to see what the technician was seeing in real time! Great Job Shottenkirk! Thank you.

Great service experience. My service advisor Jerry was excellent. I was updated on my service progress several times during my stay. When it was discovered that Ford had an outstanding recall item on my truck, Jerry expedited getting the recall completed which saved me a return trip. I will be using Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for all my vehicles going forward.

My wife and I bought a used car here a few weeks ago. There were a few minor issues we noticed. The service department took care of everything quickly and provided updates frequently. I recently had poor experiences at Grand Hyundai of Canton and Chevrolet of Canton. It’s nice to see a dealership who prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend

Took my f150 in for my 2nd cam phaser replacement at 110k miles. Shottenkirk Ford did a great job fixing it. I immediately drove it to Florida 600 miles with no issues. Great job Shottenkirk Ford.

The service dept did my first service maintenance and while they did they noticed a oil leak they took pics to show me and since I hav a extended warranty I'm able to address it at my local Ford dealership in Chattanooga tn both ford dealerships hav been very spot on to correct my vehicle so I can enjoy my truck

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

I am so thrilled with our experience here! My husband and I have always felt intimidated by attempting to go into these big nice dealerships, because we always felt unsure that we would ever be able to get into a vehicle at one of these places. We scheduled anyway, and not only did the team here make it incredibly easy, but Mori (SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST) didn’t just get us into any car, he got us into what his always been my absolute dream car in my dream color! I couldn’t believe it. And as intimidating as these dealerships can seem, we walked away with a better deal on the price of the car and our payments then we ever would have if we would’ve settled on going to another one of those buy here-pay here places. I cannot believe the luck that we had and the service that we were given! They took such great time with us and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come here and don’t forget to ask for MORI! He’s your guy. Promise. I also have to shout out Gary and financing! It was a little bit of confusion with some of the paperwork between us and the bank, but with Gary and Mori together, and all of their help and patience, we were able to get it all worked out! This was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Johnathon, and Ivan worked so hard and so endlessly to make sure I got to drive off that parking lot in my brand new 2026 ford explore! This is the best car lot around!!! I went in kinda not expecting much to be honest because another car lot ran my credit a lot in a 2 day span and dropped my credit a bit. And didn’t help me get a car but I went in to shottenkirk I worked with jp he was AMAZING! He got me a beautiful 2026 ford explorer! He told me he wouldn’t stop until I left with my car today and he didn’t!! Him and Ivan worked endlessly on the phone’s getting the bank approval and letting me drive my new car home. Jp was wonderful!! He stayed way over his shift to make sure I was able to close the deal. And poor Ivan stayed on the phone for hours with the banks getting everything taken care of! Service Adviser (Tom) provided me excellent customer service. He scheduled the appointment, over the phone, and then I saw him at the service department a few weeks later. I brought the vehicle (2025 Mustang GT) in for the Recall: 26C32. He kept me informed of the status of the inspection and the vehicle was returned early. Tom also emailed me a copy of the work invoice for my records.

Rick and the whole team in the service department here at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper GA Are awesome. I brought a 2015 Ford F150 in there.For recall service and transmission flush. I also had an issue with the truck shutting off at idle , even though it ran perfectly in a normal conditions So I asked them to do a diagnostics. The diagnostics revealed that I needed a Solenoid. replaced on the camshaft , and I had an oil pan gasket leak. I took the truck back a couple of weeks later to get the Solenoid replaced, they did replace it at a timely manner. And it has one hundred percent fixed my problem. I do plan ongoing to them in the future to do some upgrades and hopes that I can one day leave this truck to one of my grandchildren. Thanks again to Rick The mechanic and the whole team there.I really appreciate y'all!!!

I want to say that I've only used Shottenkirk service department twice, but I've been extremely impressed with the speed, courtesy and repair work I've had to this point, so much so that I drove 50 miles one way (plus arranged fro someone else to come and transport me back and forth, so two vehicles 100 miles each round trip). Keep up the good work.

I would like to tell Randy at Shottenkirt a big thank you for helping me with my new expedition. It was worth the drive from Dawsonville to meet this team! Looking forward to be a regular visitor! I purchased my car in April. Took it to the service department July 29th and surprised to find out I had made the appointment at the wrong dealership! In which Thomas in the service department was awesome he worked with me and Again Randy can to my rescue and provided me with a car to come back to Dawsonville in! The team was the best! I had my car back the next day even with their full agenda I was able to pick my car up the next morning. We had a wonderful buying experience with John Culpepper and his manager Ivan this past weekend at Shottenkirk Jasper. We had visited the weekend prior and weren't ready to make a decision yet. We not once felt pressured to buy. We went back the following weekend and test drove several more vehicles and found the perfect one. John was patient and knowledgeable. As a woman, it’s important to know that the service department treats me fairly and transparently. These guys do. They answer my questions with complete honesty. I feel very well taken care of, the way my dad would. They have my vehicle ready on time and if there is a delay, they communicate upfront. For example, the part my car needed was on backorder. They let me know before we left and provided a loaner since it was going to take longer than expected. Y’all I drive 40 miles just to use this service department. I am sure there are others with quality service, but when you find the one you trust and feel comfortable in, you’ll make the drive.

Best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called the dealership on a Friday and Saturday morning everything was done and finalized in less than two hours. DW in sales was absolutely terrific. Professional, responded quickly, friendly and easygoing, and he went to every length to ensure a great and smooth experience. Rich was awesome to work with! I drove 8 hours round trip to buy my Expedition, and he made the whole process so easy. He was honest, answered all my questions, and had everything ready when I got there. I never felt pressured, and everything went smoothly. Being young and buying a car can be intimidating because you don’t always feel like you’re taken seriously.
