Let me tell you about EVE!!!! She is absolutely phenomenal!! She literally makes you feel like you are family, we didn’t have much hope going in because we were upside down on our current car. Next thing you know we had the approval they offered me top dollar for my old car and we left with a new one! Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us and our children! If your thinking about buying at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper don’t think just GO and ask for EVE , you won’t regret it!

I had spoken with my salesman, Bernard, several months ago about purchasing a Bronco. Bernard was very nice about following up with me when my intentions did not materialize. When I contacted him yesterday, he remembered my name and was genuinely happy to hear from me. He made the whole driving and sales experience very easy. Bernard explained and answered every one of my questions patiently. Overall, I am very happy with my new Bronco and the entire sales experience. My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper whether purchasing this vehicle or with the service department.

Kara Jordan has always taken great care of my car needs. She has a lot of knowledge, knows how to explain things to me and a great personality. Patrick, the gentleman that works on my car is awesome and is excellent at explaining and showing what it will take to service my car when there is a problem. And I have observed the other service agents and they are extremely good with customers. In conclusion- you have an excellent team!

I recently went to Shottenkirk Ford for an oil change and was impressed by the excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Jerry was a great service advisor, explaining the process and offering helpful advice. We discussed my scheduled oil change and a few other issues with my car that I was unaware of. The issues were addressed and fixed in good time. The technician checked my tire pressure and fluid levels. Overall, a smooth, professional experience, and I would highly recommend Jerry Adams.

Always good service at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. The waiting area is clean with plenty of seating, wifi is easily accessed and coffee/water are available. The service advisors are attentive. I don’t love the stop-watch idea (I never ask how long maintenance will take-it takes what it takes to do it right). Still, the point of the stopwatch is understandable. I did not purchase my vehicle there, but only service it there.

A very convenient service of Shottenkirk Ford is they will pick up your vehicle at your home and deliver it back after the service. So helpful if needed repairs will require more time to complete. My 2013 C-Max had previously been involved in a front end accident and the repairs made by an independent shop were shoddy, concealling a very damaged part called a radiator shutter modual and the motor that controls it! Shottenkirk texted me advising me of the cost and even sent pictures of the parts in question. Then Kara called with a more detailed explanation of how the function of this part related to my poor A/C operation; the reason I brought the car in the first place. Admittedly, I was skeptical and had them stop there and they returned my car. Later I drove to the shop where the technician, Patrick, took the time to physically show me the damaged parts and explained how they worked and how it affected the a/c operation of my car. (how miserable a job the previous repairs had been made to conseal the problem) Patrick further explained he had already checked the Freon level, the compressor, and stated the system was actually blowing cold air in the shop. It was only as driving where the action of shutters in this assemble controlled the air flow as needed for proper operation of the a/c system. My confidence was restored in Shottenkirk Ford! Kara ordered the parts, hopefully Atlanta has them. Kara texted me at 9:45 the next morning the parts are in. I drove my car to the dealership immediately. They drove me back home and will pick me back up when repair is completed. You might be thinking a dearship is more expensive than an indepentant shop, but this dealership knows their product. They will check out your concern, estimate what it will cost to fix it, and when you drive your car away the problem will be gone! THAT IS WORTH A LOT! I highly recommend Shottenkirk Ford. They are a full service dealer offering Sales, Service, Parts, and a Body Shop. They employ dozens of good people who all have you, their customers, interests first of all as their main concern. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kara was very pleasant to deal with! She got me checked in quickly and answered a few questioned I had. Service was completed in an hour and a half and checkout was seamless. Kara went through my multi-point inspection with me and took payment. Very efficient and streamlined process. Better than most other Ford dealerships in the area. Highly recommend!

My 2020 F-150 had a serious transmission issue just outside of warranty, and the team at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper went above and beyond to help me through it. Brian Hughes and Jerry in the service department were involved daily, navigating long and complex conversations with Ford Motor Company. Their persistence, along with Shottenkirk’s investment in moving the case forward, made all the difference. Brian stayed in constant contact—almost daily—and got to the point where he recognized my number and voice (and still answered!). Trust and respect are huge for me, and Shottenkirk has earned both. Brian and Jerry are absolute rockstars, and because of them, Shottenkirk will have my business from here on out. Best of all, my truck is back on the road, and Ford was fantastic once we worked through the (logical but tedious) process. Huge thanks to the Shottenkirk team!

waited around 1hour and 50 mins.. just for oil change and replaced stem one of the tire.. kinda pretty long wait for that :-/

I dropped in because I had something hanging down on my car. They promptly put it up on a lift and reattached the piece and didn’t even charge me for it. Great service.

The folks at Shottenkirk (particularly Eve and Eddie) completely remove the apprehension and cringe factor normally associated with new car shopping. Eve is the most pleasant salesperson I've ever encountered. Eddie is a git-er-done kinda guy. Between the two, my purchase was smooth, informative, and exactly what worked for me. Heck, I'd even call it FUN!
