It was a great experience overall with my sales rep Randy and the best part was meeting the general sales manager Steve. Not only was he the guy from all the commercials that you see on TV, he was beyond nice and accommodating and gave me a fantastic deal on my purchase. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere was professional while relaxed, warm, and comfortable. The communication and flow of teamwork made the whole process easy, and I was in and out in a little over 2 hours. It was a fun and positive environment, which made making a big purchase/commitment feel natural/right. Some positive similarities to other dealers, but very different/better/best dealer experience I have ever had.

The service reps are outstanding at shortenKirk. A few years ago, I wrote in about the quality of the service personnel there at the dealership. I can honestly say the men seem to really care and focus on you better than before. I thought the pricing was outrageous. Particularly on the air filter at 49.99 when I can buy that filter for 15 bucks pretty much anywhere. And the fact that you charge labor for changing it, but you took the old one out took photos of it. All you would’ve had to have done is slipped a $15 air filter in its place. That I don’t understand. Otherwise, I like the service that shot in Kirk or I would not keep coming back even with our Lincoln. Merry Christmas. May God richly bless each of you.

I will start with Jerry Adams. He has been my go-to man for years. He is easy to communicate with, skilled, and a true ambassador for Shottenkirk for Service customers. Vernon McDonald was a joy to work with. He was readily available, responsive, and made the buying experience as pleasant as it can be. Fatigue with the buying process is an issue with my wife and myself. Vernon wouldn't allow us to give up. He kept the process moving. The manager was very fair with us, communicated directly with us and checked on us a number of times (rather than hide in a room, like other dealerships do). Lastly, Sang Kim was proficient, skilled, and compassionate with my difficulty unfreezing my credit. He made that final stage of the buying process pleasant. This was the best vehicle purchase process that I have ever experienced. Thank you for restoring my faith in people as well as corporation.

Shottenkirk and my service advisor (Jerry Adams) have always done a great job. During yesterdays service visit, Jerry was great to work with and was able to save me some $$ at that visit. At a visit about a year ago, they scratched my front passenger door during a service visit...but they fixed it like new and were very apologetic about the problem. Everyone makes an error or mistake at times. It's how they handle the problem that shows their real qualities.

I am so thrilled with our experience here! My husband and I have always felt intimidated by attempting to go into these big nice dealerships, because we always felt unsure that we would ever be able to get into a vehicle at one of these places. We scheduled anyway, and not only did the team here make it incredibly easy, but Mori (SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST) didn’t just get us into any car, he got us into what his always been my absolute dream car in my dream color! I couldn’t believe it. And as intimidating as these dealerships can seem, we walked away with a better deal on the price of the car and our payments then we ever would have if we would’ve settled on going to another one of those buy here-pay here places. I cannot believe the luck that we had and the service that we were given! They took such great time with us and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come here and don’t forget to ask for MORI! He’s your guy. Promise. I also have to shout out Gary and financing! It was a little bit of confusion with some of the paperwork between us and the bank, but with Gary and Mori together, and all of their help and patience, we were able to get it all worked out! This is the best car lot around!!! I went in kinda not expecting much to be honest because another car lot ran my credit a lot in a 2 day span and dropped my credit a bit. And didn’t help me get a car but I went in to shottenkirk I worked with jp he was AMAZING! He got me a beautiful 2026 ford explorer! He told me he wouldn’t stop until I left with my car today and he didn’t!! Him and Ivan worked endlessly on the phone’s getting the bank approval and letting me drive my new car home. Jp was wonderful!! He stayed way over his shift to make sure I was able to close the deal. And poor Ivan stayed on the phone for hours with the banks getting everything taken care of! I will recommended everyone to go see them! They are honest trustworthy men!! And I’m so in love with my car 🖤🖤🖤

Service Adviser (Tom) provided me excellent customer service. He scheduled the appointment, over the phone, and then I saw him at the service department a few weeks later. I brought the vehicle (2025 Mustang GT) in for the Recall: 26C32. He kept me informed of the status of the inspection and the vehicle was returned early. Tom also emailed me a copy of the work invoice for my records.

Rick and the whole team in the service department here at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper GA Are awesome. I brought a 2015 Ford F150 in there.For recall service and transmission flush. I also had an issue with the truck shutting off at idle , even though it ran perfectly in a normal conditions So I asked them to do a diagnostics. The diagnostics revealed that I needed a Solenoid. replaced on the camshaft , and I had an oil pan gasket leak. I took the truck back a couple of weeks later to get the Solenoid replaced, they did replace it at a timely manner. And it has one hundred percent fixed my problem. I do plan ongoing to them in the future to do some upgrades and hopes that I can one day leave this truck to one of my grandchildren. Thanks again to Rick The mechanic and the whole team there.I really appreciate y'all!!!

I want to say that I've only used Shottenkirk service department twice, but I've been extremely impressed with the speed, courtesy and repair work I've had to this point, so much so that I drove 50 miles one way (plus arranged fro someone else to come and transport me back and forth, so two vehicles 100 miles each round trip). Nice job punching out two minor factory recall problems. I got an appointment quickly and easily. They took me home with a shuttle so I didn’t have to wait. Very friendly staff, especially Thomas , my service advisor. I will be back!

By far the easiest and quickest process of purchasing a vehicle. In the past, it seemed like getting a vehicle could take all day long. I would like to tell Randy at Shottenkirt a big thank you for helping me with my new expedition. It was worth the drive from Dawsonville to meet this team! Looking forward to be a regular visitor! I purchased my car in April. Took it to the service department July 29th and surprised to find out I had made the appointment at the wrong dealership! In which Thomas in the service department was awesome he worked with me and Again Randy can to my rescue and provided me with a car to come back to Dawsonville in! The team was the best! I had my car back the next day even with their full agenda I was able to pick my car up the next morning. I have never in all experiences with purchasing a vehicle and keeping it maintained had the positive Interaction that I have had with everyone at Shottenkirt Ford! We had a wonderful buying experience with John Culpepper and his manager Ivan this past weekend at Shottenkirk Jasper. We had visited the weekend prior and weren't ready to make a decision yet. We not once felt pressured to buy. We went back the following weekend and test drove several more vehicles and found the perfect one. John was patient and knowledgeable. We would recommend heading over to see them, and we will definitely be back if we're ever in the market again.

Can’t ask for a better experience. Brought my F150 Raptor in for service. I interacted with 3 employees while I was there and they could not have been nicer. Scott in service was great and I spoke with one salesman and one young sales lady who were extremely nice. Which I could remember their names. Keep up the good work. As a woman, it’s important to know that the service department treats me fairly and transparently. These guys do. They answer my questions with complete honesty. I feel very well taken care of, the way my dad would. They have my vehicle ready on time and if there is a delay, they communicate upfront. For example, the part my car needed was on backorder. They let me know before we left and provided a loaner since it was going to take longer than expected. Y’all I drive 40 miles just to use this service department. I am sure there are others with quality service, but when you find the one you trust and feel comfortable in, you’ll make the drive.

Best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called the dealership on a Friday and Saturday morning everything was done and finalized in less than two hours. DW in sales was absolutely terrific. Professional, responded quickly, friendly and easygoing, and he went to every length to ensure a great and smooth experience. Rich was awesome to work with! I drove 8 hours round trip to buy my Expedition, and he made the whole process so easy. He was honest, answered all my questions, and had everything ready when I got there. I never felt pressured, and everything went smoothly. Being young and buying a car can be intimidating because you don’t always feel like you’re taken seriously. Rich treated me with respect from the very beginning and never made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time.
