I had a great experience working with Ben Hall at Ford of Jasper. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I mentioned upfront that I don’t like spending hours at a dealership or being pressured into discussing a bunch of unnecessary add-ons, and he respected that completely. Ben expedited the process, kept everything straightforward, and made the experience efficient without sacrificing great customer service. It was refreshing to work with someone who listened to what we wanted and valued our time. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Ben Hall.

I recently had my vehicle’s cooling system flushed here, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. Scott and Kara were incredibly responsive, attentive, and kind. They patiently answered all of my questions with professionalism, treating me with genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. Special thanks also to John, the mechanic who performed the cooling system flush on my car. He was extremely thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job. I could tell he really took pride in his work, and the quality shows. Their approach feels truly personalized — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’m so grateful to my neighbor for recommending this place; it’s definitely a hidden gem. Thank you, Scott, Kara, and John, for your exceptional work and warm attitude. Cannot speak to the sales at Shottenkirk, but have been using the maintenance facilities for nearly ten years. They have always provided reliable maintenance and on few occasions needed, excellent repairs. Jerry is the service manager we have been dealing with for the majority of that time. He has been outstanding in all areas and on the two occasions when I needed them to make my truck a priority, they have come through. Feel comfortable recommending the Shottenkirk service and parts to others. Just do not expect to have speed of fly by night oil change places, on the plus side, you will still have all the parts attached under to vehicle, unlike the few times I made mistake of using such places. Long review, but it is July 4th when this was written, so relax and enjoy!

My wife and I went to Shottenkirk Jasper Ford together to buy a truck. We had a great experience. They had many trucks to choose from and Ben our salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that guy. We had a lot in common and he steered me to a good truck that suited my needs. He’s a tough negotiator but we settled on a good price for him and us. The F&I manager was Patrick and he was also very nice and was good at his trade. He explained our option very well and hit us in and out very quickly. Great low pressure experience. Keith and Eddie made the buying experience great! No high pressure sales, spoke to us like friends and helped us find the right Bronco for us. Eddie also helped us with the aftermarket accessories we wanted to add! Sang made the finance piece just as easy as selecting the Bronco we wanted. No doubt I will return to purchase my next ford from Shottenkirk!

I can’t say enough good about Shottenkirk Ford of Jasper Ga. I bought my explorer back in 2021. The buying experience was by far a breeze! I have come back for service on my 2021 explorer and the staff in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well informed on my Explorer’s regular maintenance. Joseph Disalvo is by far the nicest service tech and made my visit seamless and stress free. I was informed of all services needed and pictures were even sent to my phone. I was able to see what the technician was seeing in real time! Great Job Shottenkirk! Thank you.

Great service experience. My service advisor Jerry was excellent. I was updated on my service progress several times during my stay. When it was discovered that Ford had an outstanding recall item on my truck, Jerry expedited getting the recall completed which saved me a return trip. I will be using Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for all my vehicles going forward.

My wife and I bought a used car here a few weeks ago. There were a few minor issues we noticed. The service department took care of everything quickly and provided updates frequently. I recently had poor experiences at Grand Hyundai of Canton and Chevrolet of Canton. It’s nice to see a dealership who prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend

Took my f150 in for my 2nd cam phaser replacement at 110k miles. Shottenkirk Ford did a great job fixing it. I immediately drove it to Florida 600 miles with no issues. Great job Shottenkirk Ford.

The service dept did my first service maintenance and while they did they noticed a oil leak they took pics to show me and since I hav a extended warranty I'm able to address it at my local Ford dealership in Chattanooga tn both ford dealerships hav been very spot on to correct my vehicle so I can enjoy my truck

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere was professional while relaxed, warm, and comfortable. The communication and flow of teamwork made the whole process easy, and I was in and out in a little over 2 hours. It was a fun and positive environment, which made making a big purchase/commitment feel natural/right. Some positive similarities to other dealers, but very different/better/best dealer experience I have ever had.

The service reps are outstanding at shortenKirk. A few years ago, I wrote in about the quality of the service personnel there at the dealership. I can honestly say the men seem to really care and focus on you better than before. I thought the pricing was outrageous. Particularly on the air filter at 49.99 when I can buy that filter for 15 bucks pretty much anywhere. And the fact that you charge labor for changing it, but you took the old one out took photos of it. All you would’ve had to have done is slipped a $15 air filter in its place. That I don’t understand. Otherwise, I like the service that shot in Kirk or I would not keep coming back even with our Lincoln. Merry Christmas. May God richly bless each of you.

The service department gentleman that helped me was professional, courteous, and friendly. I had a curtesy rides back home and back to the dealership. I had a different driver on each trip. Both drivers were again all the good things a customer and employer could ask. Very pleasant experience.

I will start with Jerry Adams. He has been my go-to man for years. He is easy to communicate with, skilled, and a true ambassador for Shottenkirk for Service customers. Vernon McDonald was a joy to work with. He was readily available, responsive, and made the buying experience as pleasant as it can be. Fatigue with the buying process is an issue with my wife and myself. Vernon wouldn't allow us to give up. He kept the process moving. The manager was very fair with us, communicated directly with us and checked on us a number of times (rather than hide in a room, like other dealerships do). Lastly, Sang Kim was proficient, skilled, and compassionate with my difficulty unfreezing my credit. He made that final stage of the buying process pleasant. This was the best vehicle purchase process that I have ever experienced. Thank you for restoring my faith in people as well as corporation.

Shottenkirk and my service advisor (Jerry Adams) have always done a great job. During yesterdays service visit, Jerry was great to work with and was able to save me some $$ at that visit. At a visit about a year ago, they scratched my front passenger door during a service visit...but they fixed it like new and were very apologetic about the problem. Everyone makes an error or mistake at times. It's how they handle the problem that shows their real qualities.

Easy buying experience with Randy! He listened to what I was looking for and sold the car to me as well as my husband. Sang, in finance, was excellent as well. The folks in your service dept are all great. Easy to talk to and always pleasant. However, when I made my appt, I had a recall that needed to be addressed. I assumed (my mistake)when I dropped off my vehicle that it would be taken care of. I did not confirm (again my mistake) when I arrived. When I picked up my car, I asked anput it and the service advisor (Scott is fNtastic) was unaware of it. It seems that the recall was not noted on the paperwork. I even told the appt setter that I could give her the recall number. She said she could find it. Now I either have to take it back or wait till my next oil service to get this looked at. There are other dealerships I could take my vehicle to, but the people at Shottenkirk are who we like to deal with.

Bought 2 cars from this dealership in 3 days, bought a Cadillac and traded a newer Raptor. Great experience. Cars are exactly like described. Eve is awesome helping me, easy text communications, sending over carfax, taking live pictures of the cars inside outside and send over.
