I recently went to Shottenkirk Ford for an oil change and was impressed by the excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Jerry was a great service advisor, explaining the process and offering helpful advice. We discussed my scheduled oil change and a few other issues with my car that I was unaware of. The issues were addressed and fixed in good time. The technician checked my tire pressure and fluid levels. Overall, a smooth, professional experience, and I would highly recommend Jerry Adams.

Always good service at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. The waiting area is clean with plenty of seating, wifi is easily accessed and coffee/water are available. The service advisors are attentive. I don’t love the stop-watch idea (I never ask how long maintenance will take-it takes what it takes to do it right). Still, the point of the stopwatch is understandable. I did not purchase my vehicle there, but only service it there.

A very convenient service of Shottenkirk Ford is they will pick up your vehicle at your home and deliver it back after the service. So helpful if needed repairs will require more time to complete. My 2013 C-Max had previously been involved in a front end accident and the repairs made by an independent shop were shoddy, concealling a very damaged part called a radiator shutter modual and the motor that controls it! Shottenkirk texted me advising me of the cost and even sent pictures of the parts in question. Then Kara called with a more detailed explanation of how the function of this part related to my poor A/C operation; the reason I brought the car in the first place. Admittedly, I was skeptical and had them stop there and they returned my car. Later I drove to the shop where the technician, Patrick, took the time to physically show me the damaged parts and explained how they worked and how it affected the a/c operation of my car. (how miserable a job the previous repairs had been made to conseal the problem) Patrick further explained he had already checked the Freon level, the compressor, and stated the system was actually blowing cold air in the shop. It was only as driving where the action of shutters in this assemble controlled the air flow as needed for proper operation of the a/c system. My confidence was restored in Shottenkirk Ford! Kara ordered the parts, hopefully Atlanta has them. Kara texted me at 9:45 the next morning the parts are in. I drove my car to the dealership immediately. They drove me back home and will pick me back up when repair is completed. You might be thinking a dearship is more expensive than an indepentant shop, but this dealership knows their product. They will check out your concern, estimate what it will cost to fix it, and when you drive your car away the problem will be gone! THAT IS WORTH A LOT! I highly recommend Shottenkirk Ford. They are a full service dealer offering Sales, Service, Parts, and a Body Shop. They employ dozens of good people who all have you, their customers, interests first of all as their main concern. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Kara was very pleasant to deal with! She got me checked in quickly and answered a few questioned I had. Service was completed in an hour and a half and checkout was seamless. Kara went through my multi-point inspection with me and took payment. Very efficient and streamlined process. Better than most other Ford dealerships in the area. Highly recommend!

My 2020 F-150 had a serious transmission issue just outside of warranty, and the team at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper went above and beyond to help me through it. Brian Hughes and Jerry in the service department were involved daily, navigating long and complex conversations with Ford Motor Company. Their persistence, along with Shottenkirk’s investment in moving the case forward, made all the difference. Brian stayed in constant contact—almost daily—and got to the point where he recognized my number and voice (and still answered!). Trust and respect are huge for me, and Shottenkirk has earned both. Brian and Jerry are absolute rockstars, and because of them, Shottenkirk will have my business from here on out. Best of all, my truck is back on the road, and Ford was fantastic once we worked through the (logical but tedious) process. Huge thanks to the Shottenkirk team!

My husband and I went in last weekend looking to trade in my car. We met with Ben, and he was truly amazing. From start to finish of the buying process, Ben made it super easy. He was super patient, joked around with us, and answered all of our questions. Never pushy or made us feel obligated. He answered the questions our boys asked him, which was huge because they’re quite the inquisitive pair. When we finally decided on which car we would get, Ben made sure we were taken care of with Pete in finance and Brian in the service department. Absolutely the best and easiest buying experience! We can't say enough great things about Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper! We live in Woodstock and initially tried to schedule a service appointment at a local family-owned Ford dealership—the same one we purchased my Expedition from—but after multiple unanswered calls and no returned messages, we were beyond frustrated. That’s when we turned to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, and what a difference! They answered the phone on the first call and connected us with service writer Kara, who is an absolute ray of sunshine. She was incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Their convenient text communication system made everything even smoother—such a fantastic feature! Kara provided daily updates and guided us through the warranty procedures seamlessly. Our service technician, Ross, did a phenomenal job—he was thorough yet efficient, and I truly appreciate that my Expedition was returned in the same spotless condition it was dropped off in. Best of all, it’s running like brand new! Our experience at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper was outstanding from start to finish. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership and will be using them exclusively for all our future service needs!

I am so thrilled with our experience here! My husband and I have always felt intimidated by attempting to go into these big nice dealerships, because we always felt unsure that we would ever be able to get into a vehicle at one of these places. We scheduled anyway, and not only did the team here make it incredibly easy, but Mori (SHOUTOUT TO THE BEST) didn’t just get us into any car, he got us into what his always been my absolute dream car in my dream color! I couldn’t believe it. And as intimidating as these dealerships can seem, we walked away with a better deal on the price of the car and our payments then we ever would have if we would’ve settled on going to another one of those buy here-pay here places. I cannot believe the luck that we had and the service that we were given! They took such great time with us and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come here and don’t forget to ask for MORI! He’s your guy. Promise. I also have to shout out Gary and financing! It was a little bit of confusion with some of the paperwork between us and the bank, but with Gary and Mori together, and all of their help and patience, we were able to get it all worked out! This was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Johnathon, and Ivan worked so hard and so endlessly to make sure I got to drive off that parking lot in my brand new 2026 ford explore! This is the best car lot around!!! I went in kinda not expecting much to be honest because another car lot ran my credit a lot in a 2 day span and dropped my credit a bit. And didn’t help me get a car but I went in to shottenkirk I worked with jp he was AMAZING! He got me a beautiful 2026 ford explorer! He told me he wouldn’t stop until I left with my car today and he didn’t!! Him and Ivan worked endlessly on the phone’s getting the bank approval and letting me drive my new car home. Jp was wonderful!! He stayed way over his shift to make sure I was able to close the deal. And poor Ivan stayed on the phone for hours with the banks getting everything taken care of! I will recommended everyone to go see them! They are honest trustworthy men!! And I’m so in love with my car 🖤🖤🖤

I had a very good experience at Shottenkirk Ford. Everyone especially Thomas was very helpful. I also had a great conversation with the service manager, and he was awesome as well. They always take great care of my truck. I am an extremely meticulous person. Someone would say someone who is difficult with whom to work and these guys always take great care of me and My bronco!

Service Adviser (Tom) provided me excellent customer service. He scheduled the appointment, over the phone, and then I saw him at the service department a few weeks later. I brought the vehicle (2025 Mustang GT) in for the Recall: 26C32. He kept me informed of the status of the inspection and the vehicle was returned early. Tom also emailed me a copy of the work invoice for my records.

Rick and the whole team in the service department here at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper GA Are awesome. I brought a 2015 Ford F150 in there.For recall service and transmission flush. I also had an issue with the truck shutting off at idle , even though it ran perfectly in a normal conditions So I asked them to do a diagnostics. The diagnostics revealed that I needed a Solenoid. replaced on the camshaft , and I had an oil pan gasket leak. I took the truck back a couple of weeks later to get the Solenoid replaced, they did replace it at a timely manner. And it has one hundred percent fixed my problem. I do plan ongoing to them in the future to do some upgrades and hopes that I can one day leave this truck to one of my grandchildren. Thanks again to Rick The mechanic and the whole team there.I really appreciate y'all!!!

I want to say that I've only used Shottenkirk service department twice, but I've been extremely impressed with the speed, courtesy and repair work I've had to this point, so much so that I drove 50 miles one way (plus arranged fro someone else to come and transport me back and forth, so two vehicles 100 miles each round trip). Keep up the good work.

I would like to tell Randy at Shottenkirt a big thank you for helping me with my new expedition. It was worth the drive from Dawsonville to meet this team! Looking forward to be a regular visitor! I purchased my car in April. Took it to the service department July 29th and surprised to find out I had made the appointment at the wrong dealership! In which Thomas in the service department was awesome he worked with me and Again Randy can to my rescue and provided me with a car to come back to Dawsonville in! The team was the best! I had my car back the next day even with their full agenda I was able to pick my car up the next morning. We had a wonderful buying experience with John Culpepper and his manager Ivan this past weekend at Shottenkirk Jasper. We had visited the weekend prior and weren't ready to make a decision yet. We not once felt pressured to buy. We went back the following weekend and test drove several more vehicles and found the perfect one. John was patient and knowledgeable. As a woman, it’s important to know that the service department treats me fairly and transparently. These guys do. They answer my questions with complete honesty. I feel very well taken care of, the way my dad would. They have my vehicle ready on time and if there is a delay, they communicate upfront. For example, the part my car needed was on backorder. They let me know before we left and provided a loaner since it was going to take longer than expected. Y’all I drive 40 miles just to use this service department. I am sure there are others with quality service, but when you find the one you trust and feel comfortable in, you’ll make the drive.

Best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. I called the dealership on a Friday and Saturday morning everything was done and finalized in less than two hours. DW in sales was absolutely terrific. Professional, responded quickly, friendly and easygoing, and he went to every length to ensure a great and smooth experience. Rich was awesome to work with! I drove 8 hours round trip to buy my Expedition, and he made the whole process so easy. He was honest, answered all my questions, and had everything ready when I got there. I never felt pressured, and everything went smoothly.
