Great customer service. I had an appointment. They took me in early and got me out early. I had enough FordPass points that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I am very happy with my service today.
Had some previous issues getting scheduled through the BDC, talked to Brian at the dealership and he got me scheduled and service was performed without issue.
We can't say enough great things about Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper! We live in Woodstock and initially tried to schedule a service appointment at a local family-owned Ford dealership—the same one we purchased my Expedition from—but after multiple unanswered calls and no returned messages, we were beyond frustrated.
