After my recent great experience here, the word that comes to mind is “Integrity”. After purchasing my used car here (another excellent experience), I had the need some services with some unusual aspects. The mechanic, service staff and manager were so courteous, professional and communicative. They worked tirelessly to find the issues at hand and resolve them so when I took my vehicle home, there were zero issues. I received white glove service and without that price tag. I had previously taken my car to another mechanic who not only did not resolve the issues, but charged more than double what I paid at Shottenkirk, and for much less service and labor performed. This dealer has made me a permanent new customer and I will return here first every time.
