Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with today. We drove up to look into getting a Bronco and lucked up and got put with Ben who was personable, transparent, and authentic from start to finish. Ben took the time to run numbers and make our experience a good one. 10 out of 10 would recommend Ben. The other guy however was a nightmare. I couldn't tell you his name but he most assuredly needs a crash course in emotional intelligence and perhaps a little social intelligence 101 as well. The man was condescending and spoke with a haughty tone that implied I was unable to afford to purchase anything. I did not leave with a Bronco from this dealership today but it was in no way a reflection of the outstanding customer service provided by Ben.
Outstanding service, they went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Kristi and Eric both were wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say. Would highly recommend to anyone.
