I searched and found my King Ranch on line, but when I arrived in person, I selected a different one. My salesperson, Bernard was great with explaining all options and negotiations. Once I decided to go forward with my purchase, I met with Gary in finance and he was point on and had all paperwork completed in just a few minutes. I talked with multiple dealerships throughout the Southeast and Shottenkirk Jasper was by far the best. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

I had an afternoon appointment for oil service and tire rotation and figured the dealership would be running behind. Much to my surprise, they took my car early and returned it early as well. My service advisor sent me a text to ask any questions while my vehicle was in the service bay.

We purchased a Bronco at the beginning of April, not realizing at the time that Ford was dealing with an issue affecting the backup cameras on new Bronco models. The recall repair ended up taking about four weeks. While we weren’t thrilled about having to leave our brand-new vehicle for that long, our salesman, DW, was upfront about the situation from the start and kept us consistently informed with updates throughout the process. His honesty, communication, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. We will absolutely return to DW for our next vehicle purchase. I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

Ben H was great to work with. Probably the quickest car buying process I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Ben had the car ready to go when I arrived, showed me all the different discounts and incentives ford was offering, plus took the time to go through some of the features on the car that you’d never even think about.

I drove 3.5 hrs to get to Shottenkirk Ford. It was well worth the trip. I saved thousands of dollars. Everyone was very nice to deal with. When I buy another Ford it will be from this dealership.

To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.

I met Mori looking at a really cool Bronco on the showroom floor awhile my truck was being serviced. We chatted about the Bronco and decided to come check them out. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone hates the “car salesman” experience and he did not do that. He listened to what we wanted, was not pushy and was very respectful. Just want to take the time and give a big thanks to the whole Shottenkirk Family ... especially Eddie, Carson and Gary. They made, what can be a very daunting and not fun experience, my whole experience very easy and exciting. Even the two ladies up front were very nice and sweet and helpful. A little over 2 years ago I visited the shottenkirk bc I saw a few vehicles I was interested in and my experience couldn't have been more disappointing to a point I was even going back up there again for my new purchase. The customer service was awful ... I walked the lot for almost 30 minutes looking at different vehicles and not one person came to speak with me ... I even made the comment that I guess they don't need to sale any vehicles. Needless to I was very dissatisfied and left. My recent experience couldn't have been different and better. It was the phone calls from both Carson and Eddie that honestly even made me drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there and I couldn't have been any happier. As soon as I pulled in, I mean I wasn't even out of my truck and I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. Not overbearing but welcoming. And that was just the beginning!Again one of the greatest experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Great job Eddie, Carson, Gary, Ladies up front (sorry I didn't ask your names) and the Shottenkirk Dealership as a whole. Not only do you have someone that will be a repeat customer but you have someone that will recommend and push future buyers your way. Thanks for everything!!!

This is the best Ford dealer in North georgia. Their customer service and communication at the repair shop and service department is excellent. If you live nearby they can do a valet pickup and drop off of the vehicle. They have great prices on vehicles for sale. They support youth in their activities which builds confidence and community.

Great experience. Your team is easy to work with, and I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. There were no high pressured sales gimmicks, just a professional business environment. Thanks to Ben Hall for his great help. I will return to Shottenkirk when its time to replace each of my family's other three vehicles. From the time I sat down to talk numbers until I drove out was only 2 hours. A record from my experience where it’s always been 4-5 hours. The selection of used F-150 Lariat's in my price range, age, and mileage was fantastic. There were at least four other choices that would have worked, so there was no reason to schedule test drives at any other dealers. I knew you had what I was looking for. Great job and thank you.

I don’t have a problem with the work on my vehicle. My problem is trying to book service. Cannot get anyone by texting or leaving message very frustrating I’m thinking about going to another dealer. It’s same distance for me to go to another Ford Dealership. I bought my Ford truck there but it’s getting hard to book service.

Great experience. Landon, my salesperson, seems like a great dude. Walked the lot with us while my husband and I were being indecisive (lol) and listened to what I had to have in a car. Best experience I’ve had buying a ford in north GA (won’t name other dealer). Will definitely be back for my free oil change! We were in and out in 2.5 hours, which was a relief compared to other experiences. Nice clean building.

Great experience selling them two vehicles. Jay Webb was our salesman ; he was friendly, efficient and did everything he promised. I highly recommend Jay and the dealership. My only disappointment was that I didn't get to meet Duke, the new dealership puppy.

I’ve been to a different dealership for service and recall work because it was slightly closer than Shottenkirk Ford, but it has always been a hassle in every way (scheduling, getting my car back on time, quality of customer service, etc). I had such mediocre experiences that I put off getting recalls. I finally decided I needed to get things taken care of and my Ford App had Shottenkirk Ford as my “preferred dealer”. The booking was fast and I was able to do it all through the app. It was super convenient! When I got there to drop my car off, I was quickly greeted and my appointment was confirmed to be with Jeremie. During check-in I stressed that I needed my vehicle back that afternoon. Jeramie was understanding, reviewed my recalls, and felt confident they could have the car back. Jeramie called me an hour or so after lunch and confirmed the car would be ready for pickup on time. It’s such a small thing, but how a dealership handles you when you’re having recall work done speaks volumes. I’d highly recommend driving a bit further to see Shottenkirk Ford for service!

Ben H was great to work with. Probably the quickest car buying process I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Ben had the car ready to go when I arrived, showed me all the different discounts and incentives ford was offering, plus took the time to go through some of the features on the car that you’d never even think about.

I drove 3.5 hrs to get to Shottenkirk Ford. It was well worth the trip. I saved thousands of dollars. Everyone was very nice to deal with. When I buy another Ford it will be from this dealership.

To be entirely clear, my family and I live much closer to at least 2 other Ford dealerships and choose Shottenkirk. We have bought 2 used vehicles from them and received great service and help on both vehicles, and my mother recently purchased a brand new Mustang as well and the team went above and beyond to make sure she received exactly what she wanted. Their service department is great, my grandparents use Scott as their advisor and I use Jeremie Staves as my own. Recently I had transmission issues with a truck I bought used from another dealership, Jeremie and Brian Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion and even contacted the other dealer to verify and process my Ford Blue Warranty on my behalf. I recommend Shottenkirk for their integrity over the course of all of our business with them that we have never found at another dealership.

I met Mori looking at a really cool Bronco on the showroom floor awhile my truck was being serviced. We chatted about the Bronco and decided to come check them out. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone hates the “car salesman” experience and he did not do that. He listened to what we wanted, was not pushy and was very respectful. In the end he went the extra mile to customize the vehicle to what we wanted. 5 star experience all the way! Will definitely do business with him again! Highly recommend.

Just want to take the time and give a big thanks to the whole Shottenkirk Family ... especially Eddie, Carson and Gary. They made, what can be a very daunting and not fun experience, my whole experience very easy and exciting. Even the two ladies up front were very nice and sweet and helpful. A little over 2 years ago I visited the shottenkirk bc I saw a few vehicles I was interested in and my experience couldn't have been more disappointing to a point I was even going back up there again for my new purchase. The customer service was awful ... I walked the lot for almost 30 minutes looking at different vehicles and not one person came to speak with me ... I even made the comment that I guess they don't need to sale any vehicles. Needless to I was very dissatisfied and left. My recent experience couldn't have been different and better. It was the phone calls from both Carson and Eddie that honestly even made me drive 45 minutes out of my way to go there and I couldn't have been any happier. As soon as I pulled in, I mean I wasn't even out of my truck and I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you. Not overbearing but welcoming. And that was just the beginning!Again one of the greatest experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Great job Eddie, Carson, Gary, Ladies up front (sorry I didn't ask your names) and the Shottenkirk Dealership as a whole. Not only do you have someone that will be a repeat customer but you have someone that will recommend and push future buyers your way. Thanks for everything!!!

This is the best Ford dealer in North georgia. Their customer service and communication at the repair shop and service department is excellent. If you live nearby they can do a valet pickup and drop off of the vehicle. They have great prices on vehicles for sale. They support youth in their activities which builds confidence and community.

Great experience. Your team is easy to work with, and I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. There were no high pressured sales gimmicks, just a professional business environment. Thanks to Ben Hall for his great help. I will return to Shottenkirk when its time to replace each of my family's other three vehicles. From the time I sat down to talk numbers until I drove out was only 2 hours. A record from my experience where it’s always been 4-5 hours. The selection of used F-150 Lariat's in my price range, age, and mileage was fantastic. There were at least four other choices that would have worked, so there was no reason to schedule test drives at any other dealers. I knew you had what I was looking for. Great job and thank you.

Ben was attentive to my needs and addressed ALL my questions and concerns. I don’t have a problem with the work on my vehicle. My problem is trying to book service. Cannot get anyone by texting or leaving message very frustrating I’m thinking about going to another dealer. It’s same distance for me to go to another Ford Dealership. I bought my Ford truck there but it’s getting hard to book service.

Great experience. Landon, my salesperson, seems like a great dude. Walked the lot with us while my husband and I were being indecisive (lol) and listened to what I had to have in a car. Best experience I’ve had buying a ford in north GA (won’t name other dealer). Will definitely be back for my free oil change! We were in and out in 2.5 hours, which was a relief compared to other experiences. Nice clean building.
