Ben Hall was by far the best person I could’ve possibly worked with. Walked in wanting a 2025 King Ranch I seen posted online. Walked in, talked with Ben and within an hour I was signing paperwork on my dream truck. No hidden fees. Good old fashioned customer service.

My service writer explained everything that would happen and how long the service would take. Everything was completed in less time than the estimate. My service writer Richard checked on me through out the process to make sure I understood everything that was being done.

Want to say just purchased a new truck and bronco for the wife. The sales group that we had the pleasure of working with John Eddie and Randy were great and they really went above and beyond even when problems occurred . And we’re very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I made the decision to purchase my Bronco at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. My sales rep, Randy Pigue and the sales manager, Ivan, were helpful and made the whole process run smoothly. It was actually a fun experience! I just had my 1st service appointment and Richie Weaver was amazing too. Even a technician, David Morrison, took time to help with climate controls that I was not operating correctly. What a great bunch of people working at Shottenkirk Ford. It makes me want to move to Jasper!!!

John Culpepper and Ivan absolutely moved mountains to get me into the vehicle I went in for!! (while they did initially try to upgrade me from what I wanted... We got back to reality and where I was comfortable quickly) They were patient and had a great sense of humor!! (huge pluses with my crazy, neuro diverse self!!) This is probably one of the first truly positive car buying experiences I've had!! Side note: Brain in service has been a rockstar as well with multiple recalls on my previous vehicle!!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

Bought a car elsewhere and I have had to have recalls done and some issues checked out and they have been so ready to help and make sure I get everything done to keep me safe! Scott and Jerry were easy to work with both times. Scott went above and beyond to make sure my second time bringing it in went smooth, that I got my car back in a timely manner, and that my warranty covered what I needed it to! He didn't sugar coat it and made it happen. He had a great attitude and personality. I would recommend if you want at buy a new or used Ford product go and ask for him.

I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality. Pete Specht was the Finance Manager with whom I worked, and I found him to be very thorough with providing information as well. All of these components added up to an excellent experience!

Reviewing the service department. I had an issue with my 2019 F150 and had taken it to a dealer who is closer to my home in Blue Ridge but they were unable to diagnose the correct issue. I took the truck to Shottenkirk where I originally purchased it and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly and perform the repair within just a day. Highly recommend the service department at Shottenkirk and Rick our service advisor is top notch!

I like that I was able to set up an appointment including the appraisal of my trade in ahead of time. Ben Hall was the sales representative with whom I worked. Ben was very responsive leading up to the visit, and he was informative and thorough during the visit. I felt like his primary focus was ensuring that the vehicle was a good fit for me and I was aware of all the functionality.
